Windows Media Player - change the columns that appear under 'Now Playing'

I would like to change the columns displayed in the views now play and Windows Media Player play list.  The factory default is to show only the fields title and length.  It wouldn't be that big a deal this is something fairly simple to access the page layout options, hit choose columns and select the check boxes for the columns I want to show... but the title and duration are the only fields that it allows me to select from.  He still refuses to allow me to select anything else.  I know that there is a way to display more information, but for the life of me I don't remember how to do so that he can do.  Help?

Hey,.

I've recreated the scenario on my Windows Media Player. It shows all the info like length, side, title, album, artist to contribute. Appoint you.

Scan SFC should be your friend.

What type of file in your music files (MP3, WMA, WAV...)? The songs in the playlist are also added to the WMP library, and they show the correct information there?

You can try to add new playlist, by right-clicking on it - delete- delete from library only - OK . Then, drag the file from Windows Explorer back in the library selection.

  • Windows Media Player error message says that I don't have the media usage rights acquisition.

    Original title: Windows Media Player

Am not able to play music in Windows Media Player to the library after the transfer of music from another computer.  Error message says that I don't have the media usage rights acquisition.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community and we give the opportunity to help you.

    Cause of the error:

Windows Media Player uses Microsoft Digital Rights Management (DRM) to protect the rights of content owners who protect their music or video products in this manner. You must have usage rights required to play, burn, or sync protected content.

How to upgrade the DRM license?

By default, Windows Media Player will automatically attempt to acquire the rights of use in silence unless the server requires some input on your part (for example, registration or tax information). You can disable the automatic rights acquisition. In this case, you will be asked to obtain the rights for any new content that requires them. To prevent Windows Media Player from acquiring rights automatically, do the following:

    a. click on the arrow on the now playing tab, and then click Other Options.

    b. click on the Privacy tab, and clear the automatically check if protected files need to be refreshed check.

Please note that this setting affects not acquisition of rights of use of online stores.

  • My iTunes playlist display has changed and I can't control the columns that appears? My old playlists are very good.

OK, I make playlists for radio broadcast. I need to change the columns shown, and it has always been easy. The playlist I created just has a different view, and there seems to be no way for me to change the columns that are visible. Any ideas?

Click Show main menu, and then click Show the Options. You can select the columns that you want or do not want to here.

I would say that you can download the last packs of codec for Windows Media Player to the Internet and check out them. Make a search using your favorite search engine.

  • How to move pictures from the library of Windows Media Player to the picture library or another user account

    animated media player images

I'm trying to move images from windows media player library of images, or if possible to another account 'user '.

Windows Media Player and libraries contain no files, you just tell him
    where to find files.

For other users to access the same files, place them in a folder accessible
to all, such as public folders.
