Windows media player for ipod

I have a rocket and an extensive library on Windows Media Player. VERY pleased with the "rocket".

My wife has disappeared and I bought an Ipod Nano. Wives... what ya'll do... can't live with 'em, can't kill EM.

Is there a way to transfer/sync my library WMP for Nano?

Would it not for Nano, how do you copy/transfer my library to the Itunes library? Not my first choice, duplication of files on my computer taking up twice the space.

Pouvez the Fuze sinc with the Itunes library?

I can't talk to you about the "rocket" with Itunes sync, others have tried, so you will have to look.

ITunes will catalogue your existing library without duplication of the songs.  Ipods and iTunes now playing to popular formats such as mp3 and wma.  ITunes will put them in the library without problem, almost.  My Itunes is trying to convert the files to the native format for Ipod but I still cancel the conversion.  Add the folder with your music to Itunes library.  ITunes will start converting the non - m4p files m4p but who cancel.  ITunes will then ask something else, answer Yes (I forgot the exact issue).  The second issue is Itunes adding your existing library to its catalogue.

  • Open Firefox Windows Media Player for video files

I need to make Firefox to open the actual Windows Media Player application (not a plugin, the window real app) when clicking on video links, for example, WMV. These file types are already associated in Windows Explorer with WMPlayer, but this has no effect on Firefox.

What happens now is that, after you have clicked on a video, I get a screen black with yellow icon of VLC Player (VideoLAN VLC installed on my PC) in the Center and no video. I don't want to launch VLC or internal plug-ins.

You can change the type of application opens for each kind of type in Firefox options.

  • I wonder if anyone is familiar with this type of problem with the help of a Windows Media Player for DVD videos.

    Hello!
I came across a problem with my dvd on my laptop drive. The program that I use on my laptop is Media player from Windows. And the laptop will recognize the DVD and everything, but when it starts to play, it gives me this message from Windows Media Player: "Windows Media Player cannot play video DVDs. You may need to adjust your Windows display settings. Open display settings in Control Panel, and then try to lower your screen resolution and color quality settings. »

Now I always use the old Windows XP for my laptop, but I can't seem to understand how to adjust the color quality and lower my screen resolution. Does anyone have a little step by step process that I could follow to do this?

The problem is that Windows XP does not play DVD movies in native mode. You can
have a DVD player, but it can only read DATA DVD at this time. In the order
install a DVD codec to read video DVD discs. First we will
Install this program from Microsoft and run it, and if you have a DVD
Codec, it will appear in the display window. Download this program from
    here:

    http://www.softwarepatch.com/Windows/windowsdvdmpeg.html

If it shows that you don't have a codec DVD installed, then you can
buy one on one of the links on this page:

  • HOW can I TRANSFER MY MUSIC ON USB FLASHDRIVE to LIBRARY WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER for CD burn

I just bought a beautiful Yamaha keyboard with a USB plug feature that allows me to record my music on a flash drive and bring it to the computer to burn the cd.
I downloaded Windows Media Player 11 yesterday - & when I plug the FD in the computer, music - and I have touched the options "add to library" - but when I take the FD of the computer, the song goes with it. The single "rip instructions" is for a CD, not a flash drive.
I'm a musician but a dummy into technical details - I don't know yet how to 'save' something - my granddaughter told me I might need save in another location & then "pull it in WMP to burn?

so if someone out there could tell me if I can do it in WMP & give me some details step by step on how to accomplish what I'm trying to do, I'll be very grateful...  My family & friends would like to have a CD of my music & I'd like to be able to do it before I get too old to get there...  Laughing out loud
    Judy

    Thanks, Judy

    Hello Jusho,

Thank you for your message.  Your little girl has been phenomenal.  Please follow the steps below to get your music transferred to your computer and then ready to be burned to the disc.

    1. Insert your flash drive
    2. click on the "Start Orb" and select 'music '.
    3. now leave this file open and click on the "Start Orb" and select "computer."
    4. double-click on your flash drive
    5. all the music you want to add from your Flash drive can now be dragged to this file in the folder "Music"

You have now copied your music from the flash drive in a folder on your computer.

You can open Media Player and your music will be there.  Please let us know if this answered your question.  We can't wait to hear back on your part.

    See you soon
