Windows operating system asks "EBlib.dll" - where can I find?

I'm looking for the "EBlib.dll" because I formatted and reinstalled my operations systems and its readers.

After that I turned on my computer its all demand this dll, but I can't find anywhere!

So I'll apreciate any help with this dll.

I googled a bit and found one detail concerning this file.
This file belongs to the library of dynamic links EBLib designed by COMPAL ELECTRONIC INC.

I doubt that you download this file, but I think you should check if you have installed all the drivers and tools correctly!

Also I recommend that you check the processes in the msconfig Startup tab.
If there is something called EBLib and then uncheck the brand and restart the laptop again.
