    Hi ff52501,

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

We have some questions to ask you just to clarify what exactly is going on with your system.

1 when was the last time you were able to print from the Windows Photo Gallery?

    2. has no changes to your system or upgrades have taken place that could cause this problem?

    3. Please make sure that all cables are firmly connected to the computer and the printer.

    4. are you able to open the printer and see what are the print jobs in the queue?

    5. which version of Windows Vista you currently running on your system?

Please respond with answers to the above questions so that we can further diagnose what may be the issue.
