How can I fix?
Thanks in advance.

Hello

You can put your system to boot in order to check the issue.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista or Windows 7 by performing a clean boot.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 3 of the above article.

I hope this helps.

  • Microsoft JScript runtime error with twisty2a.js in RoboHelp 10

In my 9 WebHelp Pro RoboHelp project, the twisty2a.js ran perfectly to show all / hide all. The script is located in the root folder, as well as all show and hide all buttons.

In the last few weeks, I've had my computer replaced and I upgraded to 10 of RoboHelp. I am now running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 with a 64-bit operating system and IE 9.0.8112.16421.

A few days ago, I opened the project RH9 RH10 in. The conversion seems to go smoothly, with the exception of some strange formatting in my paintings.

Today, I noticed that display help works, but that you're ever hide everything.

I tried to open twisty2a.js, which has been configured to use the button ShowHide One method, to check that it is still correct. When I try to open it in RH10, I get a Windows Script Host error:

Line 58, Char 1, "navigator" is underined, 800A 1391, Microsoft JScript runtime error

Anyone know if there is a problem with the script, or if it can be a problem of Windows configuration with my new system of RoboHelp?

Thanks as always for all help

I think the problem may relate to the "Determine the browser" section in the script (I tried to insert a PNG image, but got an error message ).

BTW, I tried to format this discussion better, with bullets and dashes, but the editor is quite temperamental. He doesn't like it even when I press ENTER to create a blank line.

  • Data licenses - > C:\Windows\system32\slmgr.vbs(1131, 5) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: permission denied

    Separated from this thread.

My apologies for this presentation as a 'response' to another question. I am completely familiar with the mechanics of this forum and could not find out how to submit a question, but hope someone can help me!

I seem to be yet another victim of 'trust Tamper store', 'Windows 7 build 6701 this copy of Windows is not genuine,' 'Non-genuine Windows,' problem.  (Error code 0x80070005)  Win7 Pro, Lenovo OEM - had reloaded to "factory condition" on 2 new discs of hard without any problem.  This time he managed without problem for almost a year.  I applied all updates from MS just after 'Microsoft Update/patch Tuesday", on 21 and 22 April and checked several times thereafter:"up to date ".  Everything was fine for more than a week. During the race, my desktop went black (no picture, but the icons & files remained) and the non-genuine warning appeared in the lower right.  I checked MS Update (again, nothing).  I've not originally clicked on the links in the pop-up of MS Windows, suspecting that THEY might be malicious software (I aperiodically having a pop-up invites to update my antivirus right [AVG] - sometimes after having updated, but close the pop-up window and update normally, usually not to receive updates).

Then I found I couldn't open MS Office (Word, Outlook or Excel) programs (any of the worksheets first day of the month is NOT a good deal!).  The pop-up "Red Cross" read "Microsoft Office is unable to verify the license for this product.  You will need to repair the Office program by using the control panel. "I did, nothing helped.

I clicked on the link to "microsoft.com/genuine/validate/" and after that it lasted several hours, I gave up on that.

Somehow (perhaps via "Support and help" I found same son "Mike Toyn", "JasonSSX" and started reading these threads.  When I saw the entry on "inviolable trust store, I ran"Belarc Advisor"and concluded that the product key Windows 7 Professional (x 64) was QUITE different than on the OEM sticker (MS Office key was the same as on the DVD cover).»

I returned and tried to follow the suggestions in these discussions, running in some "dead ends."  In the command prompt, I have successfully changed the key to the right pair, but could not activate, receive «...» Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Permission denied. »

I downloaded and ran MS Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool and ran it (see report below).  While I did not understand the report, I was worried to see the last 2 groups of 5 characters of my Win7 (NOT those of my Office key) under 'other data-->' ' Office details:

Today, I noticed later 'victim' of this issue, Eileen D. Pike, and I want a decided to try to get into this thread to do not have to back-up/image of my HARD drive, reformat and start of the way back to (to 2011) factory settings!

  • 800A 0400 Windows Script error

Well, this error appeared whenever I start my pc since 2 days ago:

    Windows Script Host

    Script:

    C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\hl.vbs

    Line: 1

    Char: 1

    Error: wait for the statement

    Code: 800A 0400

    Source: Microsoft VBScript compilation error

I've had no apparent problems with the operating system (windows 7 Ultimate) since the error appeared. No glitches, no blue screens, absolutely nothing. I tried to find the error in reliability history yet, it does not appear.

    And the stamp-date is 09 15, 2016.

Although I did not change it, I didn't even know that this file exists. The only thing I remember doing is updating Malwarebytes to scan my pc, but I really doubt that caused.

You can delete this file safely. It is not a .vbs file and it does not have something useful. Maybe Malwarebytes got off the rails and has placed there.

Be sure to mark my answer as "Response" to this topic.

Windows displays this error message at startup!

    Any solution?

    Hello

Google recently and mainly waste information about this file, so if you can't find the error is causing some performance issues with your computer it's probably a left over Malware boot entry that was removed from your security programs.

Download, install, update and scan your system with the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware:

  • Microsoft Jscript Runtime error - object does not support the action of line 12

I get this error at startup on my laptop running Win 7. I have just respond ok and continue to work. How do I cure this?

    Hello

Have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

A runtime error is a software or hardware problem that prevents a program to function properly. Runtime errors could cause you to lose information in the file that you are using, causing errors in the file (corrupt the file) so that you cannot work with it, or prevent you from using a feature. Unlike stop errors, errors lead usually Windows or a program to stop working.

    See the following Microsoft article.

What is a runtime error? http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows7/what-is-a-runtime-error

I suggest you perform a clean boot and check if it helps.

Clean boot will check if any third-party application is causing the problem, as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: once the diagnosis has been made, make sure that you reset the computer as usual.

The only thing I have changed in the last month is that I am a new processor and motherboard, and it worked well upward until a few nights ago.  Come to think of it, it didn't happen until the new year.  I added the hard drive Saturday night and did not get the error message until I logged on my computer the next day morning.  Could there be something wrong with the timestamp or something? That would cause a problem like this?

Change the motherboard invalidates an OEM system builder license.

The OEM of Windows 7 versions are identical to the versions commercial full license with the following exception:

-OEM versions don't offer any free direct support from Microsoft technical support Microsoft

-OEM Licenses are tied to the computer first you install and activate it on

-OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard

-OEM versions does not move directly from an older Windows operating system

OEM licenses must be installed by professional system manufacturers. Under Microsoft's OEM license agreement, they should not be sold to end-users under any circumstances, must be preinstalled on a computer using the preinstallation OEM (OPK) before delivery to the customer and include to the at least the manufacturer contact information. They are, therefore, designed for installation only on a single computer and are not transferable, even if the original computer is no longer in use. This isn't usually a problem for users who buy a new computer, because systems that most pre-assembled systems ship with a preinstalled operating system. There are very few circumstances where Microsoft will allow the transfer of licensed OEM for a non-functional system to another, but the OEM System Builder License Agreement (SBLA), as well as the EULA (EULA) OEM contract don't contain any provision for this, it is entirely at the discretion of Microsoft, depending on the situation

  • Windows Activation error 7: an error has occurred; Access is denied. ; 0x80070005

I recently had a weird problem with my Dell Inspiron 1525 under Windows 7 Home Premium.  (Which is here: http://bit.ly/rwzCt6).  In any case it was resolved to boot from the Windows 7 Edition installation disc Home Premium and do a system restore.  When I logged on I was so happy that I wasn't getting the famous black screen with cursor.  But now my background is black and bottom right, he says:

    Windows 7
    Build 7601
This copy of Windows is not genuine
Whenever I open the 'Activate Windows' program, he said only: "an error has occurred."  If I click on see details, it is said:
    Code:
    0x80070005

    Description:
    Access is denied.
I can't use Office, Security Essentials, and it is really annoying that every five minutes it tells me to activate online (which by the way, tells me this):
    Windows validation has been stopped.

The validation service is unavailable at this time.  Please try validation again later.).
Anyway, I'd appreciate any help I have buy Windows 7 and Office and I cannot use it properly.  Thanks in advance!
    EDIT:
I just got a message saying the following:
    Windows must be restored

An unauthorized change was made to Windows.  You must reinstall or restore Windows system files to activate.

    How to reinstlall Windows?
    What is system restore?

do not worry about the error of wshext.dll - it is not relevant, in my opinion.

Restart, and run another MGADiag - he'll tell us if the re-recordings had no effect.

I had a problem installing a program and products purchased for the program.  Windows Script Host gave me the error message: cannot find engine\ script 'VBScript' Script 'C:\Users\debra\AppData\roaming\MyEQBoutique\Boutique Registry Entries.vbs.  I uninstalled the program.  I ran the SCF.  Ran the clean boot, and then set back to normal. I restored to the previous day.  I ran the scan online to remove malicious whatevers, also, I went and changed all my default settings.  Windows tells me that it is up-to-date.  I have Windows Vista Home Premium, I use Microsoft defender and Microsoft Security Essentials.  What is going on? What can I do else?

    Hello

    (1) have you made changes before the start of this issue?

    (2) have what program you tried to install?

    (3) you are able to install any other software on your computer?

    (4) what fix - it you try to run?

This occurs if the filevbscript.dll runtime script is not properly registered in the system.

Try the steps below and check if you are able to run the Microsoft fixit.

    a. click the Start button, type cmd. In the result of the research with the right button on cmd and select run as administrator.

    b. type cd %windir%\system 32 (Note: there is a space between the system and 32) and press ENTER.

    c. type regsvr32 vbscript.dll in the command prompt, and then press ENTER.

    d. type regsvr32 jscript.dll in command prompt, and then press ENTER.

If the registration was successful, you should now see the following message is displayed:

    DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll successful.

    e. now, try to run the Microsoft fixit.

    Hi irkedatcomputer,

Follow the instructions to start the computer in safe mode and check if you get the same error message.

1 turn on the computer or restart the computer
2 start typing the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Boot Menu of Options will appear.
If you start typing the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error". To resolve this issue, restart the computer and try again.
    3. ensure that the safe mode option is selected.
    4. press ENTER. The computer then begins to start in safe mode.

Restart the computer in Normal mode after checking the issue.

  • Windows Script Host startup error - Windows 8

    Hi all

I'm new Windows 8 Lenovo laptop recently, and I wanted to install all my games from my old computer to my new. So I did, but ended up with a few errors (which have nothing to due with Windows or Lenovo, but rather the games themselves), and as a result, I had to re - install java (I speak java just to make sure I cover all the possibilities, I doubt it has anything given with java). After a few UN-installations and scans/cleanings, I come back my computer back to normal except for one significant mistake: whenever I start my laptop, I get an error message that is titled "Windows Script Host" and includes the message "can not find script file"C:\ProgramData\Lenovo-1423.vbs" When I boot safe I get this message, but when I go to troubleshoot it in boot minimum, I always get the error message, no matter what services/StartupItems I disabled. My virus (Webroot and McAfee) software detect no threat when I scan my disks.

I don't know that I have forget something simple. Someone can offer me please help?

You can visit the http://forums.lenovo.com for you model and the State the problem here.  Support from Lenovo or another user probably know which driver or software that C:\ProgramData\Lenovo-1423.vbs file comes with & if all goes well uninstall/reinstall the driver or the program would be a simple solution.
