  I use rsh to my Linux server to run Windows applications on a Windows 2003 server using .bat files remotely.  For example, from Linux:

  rsh win2008s.enterpisedomain.com D:\\appdev\\atm_ally\\bgr_atm_ally_standard_pip.bat ${PINSTANCE} {IVSWEBBROWSERUSER} ${PPASS} ${DINSTANCE} ${DUSER} ${DPASS}

  I want to be able to rsh to a Windows server 2008R2.  I installed SUA and the SDK and utilities.  I also installed the patch from this link:

  When I try to run the same command on Win2008R2, I get the following:

  RSH: D:appdevatm_allybgr_atm_ally_standard_pip.bat: not found

  I also tried to change the content of the file bat in the Unix syntax, following the signs to help SUA.  The following text runs if I use rlogin and run interactively, but fails to run using remote shell (rsh):

• What free security programs are best suited to Windows Server 2008R2 running in VirtualBox?

  I installed Windows Server 2008R2 comments in VirtualBox with a host of Windows 7. It is my first experience with servers. As part of the installation and configuration, I want to install a lightweight, reliable and user friendly program. Microsoft Security Essentials would be ideal if it is compatible as I am familiar with MSSE, and as its performance. My research to date is back of contradictory information about MSSE: incompatible, use the version for Vista/7, choose from a list.

  I'm hoping to get a recommendation based on personal experience rather than a list of programs. I went through a list of compatible security programs, but I'm not familiar with most of the programs listed.

  The module that seems to be the cause of the accident is the hp1100su.dll:

  I am trying to install a Windows Server 2008R2 VM and get this message in the load driver window. A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing.

  Reading the messages indicated Friday that it may be a bad drive so I downloaded a new file and got the same message. When I browse and select the CD or Boot drive (:)) x I get the message no device found drivers. We lack the latest versions of VSphere.

  ISO image?  You are to burn the CD, or simply by using the ISO native?  It must always be a bad download. It's a message of Windows not a VM Ware message, something is wrong with the disc.

  You already had a response on the methodology of OBIEE business group but we will post here as well.

  If the matrix certification for 12 c does not list Windows 2008R2, it simply means that your configuration is not certified and Oracle will no doubt you mean that if report you problems. And that means there is also no guarantee that it will work.

  It is better (safer), especially for a new major version, at least to match the supported platforms based on the matrix of certification.

  I have several questions zu obigem Sachverhalt und hope, dass mir von Euch helped werden kann.

  Wir haben einen host ESX (VMware ESX 4.0.0) den wir via vSphere von einem Windows Server aus, verwalten. Auf dem ESX host wollen wir nun start, die first VM (ins Leben zu find) zu installieren. ES sollen OS installed werden (. ser on W2K3 / W2K8 STD (R2), company / business,...).

  Wir haben also license so: 'Windows Datacenter 2008 R2 64 bit 4 CPU. After we die erste VM installed haben, wanted sharp wir mit dem Lizenzkey der Datacenter license aktivieren. Unfortunately works weder der 'Product Key', noch der 'Virtual Key'.

  WO ist mein Denkfehler? Wie die of ich lizenzsiere auf einem host ESX VM procedures meiner Datacenter license Windows-VM?

  Wenn einen planned Server ACE, den draufklonst oder geckoos193, der dann neu aktiviert werden will ists auch kein problem.

  Einfach aktivieren und ggf. uber die Aktivierung go book.

  If you have installed the calibration software after that Office R2 experience and the latest video driver NVIDIA Windows 7 x 64, so you have done everything you can.

  If it works on Windows 7, but not when started the R2, then this is clearly a software problem and whereas Windows Server 2008 R2 is not supported, you're probably in a dead end.

• Error 1920 when installing Solidworks PDM Server on windows server 2008r2 2015

  I am currently installing solidworks 2015 pdm server on a windows 2008 R2 server.  Setup runs about 95% and then I got an error message.

  Error 1920: Service could not start, make sure you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

  When I click on "Ignore" it cancels everything and nothing is fixed. I'm an admin on the server, I've exhausted all other options and am stuck.
