  Hi guys!

  I recently bought the hp 360 but spectrum however its has some problems such as: cannot open my windows store. whenever I try to open it it says "dropped the server we all have bad days", then it auto closes.

  Secondly, I have a little problem with the keyboard you. I sometimes like twice a day.

  When I turn on the computer the keyboard is not active at all and I have to switch to Tablet mode and then convert it upright in order to make it work!

  If someone please help me solve these problems if not this computer is excellent and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

  I recently bought a Dell coming 8 Pro 32 GB tablet.  Everything is working fine without any problems, but then just the other day I couldn't access is no longer the windows store.  It is just stuck to the green at the loading screen and never changes.  I tried wsrest.exe, but that did nothing.  In addition, and I don't know if they are related, I read that windows store problems can come from need to install windows updates.  So I tried to open the Windows updates, but I can't access any option, whenever I click on something it just freezes.  So I don't know what is happening!  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

  Hello, I too have had the same problem but have managed to solve. I went in desktop and accessed the control panel. Click system and security, then under windows update click on ' check for updates '. Once done, it should tell you that you have updated and click on install. Let it do its thing and when it asks to restart so and once rebooted, and all updates installed the windows store should work again that how I got mine will once again. It will be useful.

  Yes, none of this has worked.  This information was in other posts, I had already tried before I posted.

  I refreshed the PC and reinstall all my programs and applications and it works now.

  Interesting that PC would restore not using a previous Restore Point.

  After update, then reinstall all of these things have worked.

  If the game requires 8.1 there is no way to launch it on 8.0.  Level or find a different game.

  Follow these methods and check if that helps.

  Method 1: First of all, you must make sure that the date and time are set correctly.

  See the steps-

  a. check the Date/time setting by choosing tile Desktop, and then press the date/time in the corner.

  b. click change date and time settings. And then check that the time zone is correct and the time of the internet tab has the ability to synchronize with the time server Internet.

  Method 2: I understand it is a new PC, however, we will try to clear the cache of the Store

  a. drag from the right edge of the screen and then press Search.
