  I just installed Windows 7 Professional 64 bit on a new hard drive on my Dell Studio 540. The PC has a graphics card ATI Radeon HD 3450 and has a Samsung 226bw 22 "monitor on the digital output.   PROBLEM SOLVED!

  It turned out that my VGA cable was wrong and that it was not send the right signal to the computer. The screen worked fine with a VGA monitor, but the PC has not said that the new monitor is a PnP I tried a different cable and it worked fine.

  If this does not help, do the Device Manager:

  Follow these steps to map the card reader

  1. Insert the memory card into the printer
  2. open my computer
  3. click on network drive mapping
  4 Select the letter of the drive you want and enter the folder \\192.168.1.101\memory_card

  Note: replace the 192.168.1.101 with the IP address assigned to your printer.

  5. click on finish, and the Player opens for access to the files
