Windows Toolbar and SearchQu iLivid hacked my computer! How can I remove PERMANTENTLY?

Everytime I open a new tab SearchQu pops up, and there is also a SearchQu Toolbar.
I'm not either of those ANYWHERE in my computer. I found the iLivid once but I couldn't remove it.

Help?

How to remove uninstall ilivid and searchqu
ilivid is malware (and some consider it to be a virus). If you have installed by mistake, to remove it goes 'regedit' into your computer. Go to edit and find. Type ilivid.exe, and then delete all entries.

Do the same with "searchqu." But this time remove 'searchqu' and "searchqu toolbar."

If you are a novice in computer, google 'regedit' to learn more.
