Windows Update breaks black Lenovo 2 sensors, inevitable system upgrade

Hello world

Played with the 2 black of Lenovo for a few days now and I live the boring problems.

I did about 3 x cooling system so far and on my 4th I'm typing this...

I don't know the exact origin of the problem, but I don't know that one of the windows update break sensors causing its functioning and the breakdown of some features.

  • Accelorometer works at startup, disable and re-enable the sensor in the Device Manager.
  • Try using the search or the PC in Metro UI settings feature freezes the tablet.

With each update, I made sure that no update driver is selected, but that doesn't seem to help.

And the most annoying part is refreshing that the tablet takes forever... (2-3 h)

If anyone has the same problem or an overview of what is the cause? Please share your knowledge

You have a sd card? If so remove and see if it works better?

  • Latest version of Windows update breaks Messenger

I noticed this problem a week ago. After that the automatic windows update, Live Messenger gives a fatal startup error. The error message reads "Windows Live Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience. »

If I restore my computer to before the restore point "software distribution service 3.0", it works perfectly. I also disabled the automatic updates in the Control Panel, still today, I found exactly the same problem and a system restore point at 2:21 in the morning, labeled "software distribution service 3.0.

I have to say that I'm terribly disappointed that a windows update would break a windows product, and moreover that the deactivation of the automatic control panel updates does not, disable, auto updates and allows this process continue to run unwanted on my PC.

It is the first line of the error report.

    AppName: msnmsgr.exe AppVer: 14.0.8089.726 AppStamp:4a6ce533
    ModName: wldcore.dll ModVer: 14.0.8089.726 ModStamp:4a6ce514
    fDebug: 0 Offset: 00002ee5

I have not installed at all new program last month, so I doubt that there is no conflict, and restore to the point before the update immediately fixing it seems to point to the update as being the culprit.

  • HP Envy Rove 20 - Windows update breaks tapΘ 11

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has this problem? Any help appreciated.

    HP Envy Rove 20

    Windows 8.1

Windows - scheduled to run automatically updates

When windows update requires a reboot to install recently downloaded updates, I reboot and after restarting internet explore 11 poster not all web pages at all - just there is 'waiting for reply' of any url I type in, all other connected network applications work correctly (by email, news RSS norton internet security etc.).

This happens in the office as well as Win 8.1 mode mode (no difference). I tried to reboot several times after the update, remove temporary files, cookies, etc - all to no effect.

Other devices on my home network can view web pages etc without problems, internet connection, DNS, router wireless and Broadband BT are all ok. (I'm in the United Kingdom).

The only course of action to correct the problem seems to be a restore from the most recent restore point system (before the updates being downloaded. I also have HP support assistant installed and running (check the updates from HP etc..)

I tried to do a system restore, then install google chrome, running windows update again, install all the same updates, chrome has the same problem as IE11.

This happens very regularly - ideas out there?

    Thank you very much.

I have goes back to the fact that my active network is deleted. The newly refreshed State presents a public network in the network and sharing Center under "view your active networks. After an update has a happy ending, this active network gets blown away and he said: "You are currently not connected to all the networks."

  • Windows Update does not work after restoring the system

HP Compaq 6000 Pro, bought in early 2011. Windows 7 32 bit. I recently did a factory restore to return to a clean system using factory restore partition. The restoration seems complete ok, and I have a Windows 7 clean and functional configuration.

However, the Update window will not work (and of course, it is now quite an old installation of Windows 7) it comes up with the Red Cross and the message "Windows Update cannot currently check for updates because the service is not running." Other notable issues that may or may not be related are: Windows Defender won't start not (0 x 80070564). HP Support Assistant reports it needs to update, but the update fails (because then it just says: it should be updated again)

    What I've tried so far:

Verified that the BITS and the WU services are both actually run

    Uninstalled the McAfee antivirus software

Tried to install Windows 7 SP1 directly (happens with "catastrophic failure")

    Tried Windows Update (wusa.exe) stand-alone installation / WU Readiness tool-fail (Oxc8000247)

MS difficulty he said Troubleshooter it corrects problems, but nothing changes later

(In short, tried all suggestions from MS support)

It drives me crazy - any help will be appreciated!

ISO should work, just be sure to download the version of Pro 32-bit.

    Hi Randy,

Thanks for the reply with the status of the issue.

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it works for you.

    Method 1:

Try to install all the updates that are predefined in Windows Updates and also install the latest device drivers and check if that helps.

    Method 2:

If the problem still persists, then create a new user account and then try to install the updates and check if the problem persists. This is to check if the problem is caused due to the corruption of the user profiles.

    Create a user account:

  • Windows updates break the computer

I have Windows 7 and it did its updates during the shutdown and departure to the top of the computer. But this time there not even to get to the part at the start when applying updates, it just went to Windows Startup Repair. He has done this before, but it Startup Repair has done a good job of fixing any problem and I can use the computer again. This time, however, I rebooted the computer times 6 or 7 after that Startup Repair has "solved" the problem. Nothing has changed and the computer goes to startup repair. I tried to start windows normally, but he gets a fraction of the way through the bios before restarting the computer.

Do a system repair disc (CD) on another computer of Windows 7 to the same number of bits (32 Vs 64) operating
