  Well, you removed the right way, and you are up-to-date for the EP raw right now. There are things you could do to eliminate any trace of PES 9 out in the update, but it is a tedious process and would imply to remove and reinstall all of your adobe products. Me, I live with the false update message.

  There is no legal download for Vista available longer.

  You can borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

  Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

  And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

  I have a desktop HP Pavilion h8-1234 PC. Was running Windows 7 Home Premium and it worked very well.

  Now, whenever I start the PC it starts the boot process, but just before it starts to load Windows it hangs up with a blinking cursor and a screen empty.  Repeated attempts to restart (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) and it continues to hang on.
