  After you run the Fixit, in order to install Service Pack 1, you can follow the procedure:
  -Download and install the latest Windows Update Agent:

  -Run the computer system preparation tool.

  -Download the stand-alone package for the Service Pack 1 from the following link:
  http://www.Microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B0C7136D-5EBB-413B-89C9-CB3D06D12674&displaylang=en

  -Turn the computer in clean boot mode.
  Disabling/uninstalling security software installed on the computer, as appropriate.
  -Launch the installation of the stand-alone package of SP 1 to the clean boot.

  You can check the manufacturer's website and try to update the Chipset and drivers display and check.

  You can see the manual of the system manufacturer or contact the system manufacturer for more information on how to make the changes in the BIOS.

  If I understand correctly that you have problems with the installation of Windows Vista Service Pack 1.

  Please answer these questions:

  It shows in system properties?

  To open system properties:

  (a) click Start, right click on computer

  (b) click on properties

  (c) see if it shows Windows Vista with service pack 1 on windows edition.
