Windows will not be displayed! Help ASAP!

So about 2 weeks ago I used bootcamp to partition and installed Windows 7 and then upgraded to Windows 10. I downloaded the software, but now the 300 gigabytes of storage isn't enough so I made the smaller partition for OS X El Capitan. So I reboot so I can do the biggest Windows partition, but it shows then in a kind of MS-DOS format "No bootable disc - insert the floppy disk, and then press any key" or something like that I like "Ok, I'll just reboot and hold down the ALT key so that the screen appears, but it shows that Mac HD and no TRAINING camp." Please, I have a lot of important data on that partition.

It is not officially supported - Boot Camp: resize the Windows partition .

Can you post the output of the following Terminal commands?

diskutil list

Cs diskutil list

sudo TPG - vv - r see the/dev/disk0

sudo fdisk/dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt to enter your password, and there do not appear to come back. You can also see caution against improper use 'sudo' and the potential loss of data due to an "abuse" of the order.

  • Customization window will not be displayed - tried several things

For some time my wallpaper customization window happen when I click on it. It upward to shows like a second and disappears quickly. Color customization window does the same. Other windows customization as the screen resolution invents it.

I tried SFC and repaired some files but not others. I tried to read the CBS but when I go to cmd and the command input (findstr/c: "[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log > sfcdetails.txt) to watch it does nothing and I find myself just close cmd.

I ran virus scans the most current free version of AVG, as well as a few other software free antivirus online - nothing came

I also made the chkdsk and it takes place without incident

I also tried to restore the system at the earliest date, I got and it didn't work

I also went in Mode without failure and the problem persisted, as it did when I created a new user

The only thing I have not tried doing a repair installation. At this point I don't have a disk to put in my player (my cd/dvd drive does not work on startup)

When I go to control panel and click on 'Change background' a message comes up with something in the sense of:

  • TOSHIIBA external hard drive will not be displayed in "My computer" (Windows 7)

Several months ago, I bought a Toshiba external hard drive and used to back up my laptop.  I have not used since then, but needed to recover a lost file today.  Unfortunately, when I plug the external hard drive, it will not be displayed in my computer.  When I connect, I get the sound that makes Windows when connect you something.  The hard drive turns on and I can feel it running.  But it does not appear in my computer.  If I go into the Device Manager and look under ' hard drives it appears as "USB device external Toshiba 3.0."  When it is offline, it does not appear in the list of disk drives in Device Manager.

Advice how I can get to appear in 'My Computer' so I can actually access the files?  Thank you!

    Hello

This problem may be caused by one of the following:

    (a) your player does not have a drive letter assigned in disk management

    (b) the drive may be disabled or offline

    (c) your USB driver is maybe corrupted

    Hello BrickBone,

You need start using the Windows 7 installation disc and try startup repair options.

If your system is damaged and cannot access the menu system on your computer Recovery Options, you can access it using the installation disc of Windows 7 or a USB flash drive or with a system repair disc if you have created one previously.

To use this method, you need to restart (boot) your computer using the disc or USB flash drive.

    1. Insert the disc to install Windows 7 or USB flash drive, or a system repair disc, and then turn off your computer.

    2. Restart your computer using the power button on the computer.

    3. When you are prompted, press a key, and then follow the instructions that appear.

    4. On the page install Windows, or on the System Recovery Options page, choose your language and other preferences, and then click Next.

    5. If you are using Windows or the USB flash drive installation disc, click on repair your computer.

    6. Select the Windows installation you want to repair, and then click Next.

    7. In the System Recovery Options menu, click a tool to open it.

    Select the Startup Repair option.

Let us know if that helps.

  • Will not be displayed in Windows Explorer (16 GB SanDisk 45Mo/sec Class 10)

    Hey!

I have two exactly the same 16 GB SanDisk 45Mo/sec Class 10 for over 2 years now, I've been using them with my Nikon D5100. One of the two SD cards will not be displayed in Windows Explorer for a few weeks. I am running Windows 8.1 64-bit and I use the SD card reader built into my ASUS N550JK

More funny thing is, the other SD card is always as they both were normally. Defective SD card still works and I can still access my photos via another PC. Also, connecting the Nikon to my PC with the SD card inside my camera allows me to access the images.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I want it to appear in my Windows Explorer as it did a few weeks ago.

    Thanks in advance.

This is kind of a hack, but it will work.

    1. you will need to download a copy of the Capriola on your computer and install it as a system font. Google Fonts will allow you to install it as a system font in some methods (download a.) Hello

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD

    do it right.
