Windows will not run programs as an administrator
I've owned this alien ware x 51 for one year and seven months now and about 2-3 weeks ago, I started to receive the 1073741521 error code whenever I try to run a program as an administrator, not only dose it makes it difficult to do anything, I can't use a conventional solution to solve this problem , because I always need to run something as an administrator. I have not tried my computer running in safe mode to fix the problem, mainly because I don't know how.
any type of help if it works or not, any help is appreciated

Windows will not see my DVD/CD drive
I have Windows Xp Professional SP3. Windows will not see my DVD +-RW which is internal drive, or my double-sided external DVD RW lightscribe. I tried the FixIt tool and the registry hack.
