I reformatted my computer with windows 7 and internet explorer 9 is not my games .it installed msn, which I can do on this problem

MSN games are not part of Windows 7 so when you reformatted and reinstalled Windows 7 you have lost the. Depending on the type of game you will need to reinstall each game - this may mean to download again MSN. If they are browser based games simply to go to the MSN Web page for the game in the usual way.

If instead of MSN games, you actually mean that games built into Windows 7 as Chess Titans, Spider Solitaire & FreeCell, then you can just turn them on by using the following method:

    1. click on Start (lower-left) and then on Control Panel.

    2. click on programs and features.

    3. on the left side of the screen, click on 'Windows turn features on or off".

    4. find the entry called games & check the box next to it.

    5. click on OK.

    6 reset.

If the games box is already checked, uncheck the box , click OK, restart, then do steps 1-6 above.

  • reinstall of Flash Player with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11

I have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11.  I had both Adobe Flash Player and Shockwave Player on my computer for years. I also worked puzzles and play games for the years for Shockwave.com.  On 01/08/14 I began to have a problem with the opening of all games and puzzles, and was informed by the shock wave that the probable errors were caused by lesions my Shockwave or Flash Player plug-ins, which can usually be fixed by uninstalling and then reinstalling the players.  Unfortunately, my skills to uninstall seem to be better than my skills to reinstall.  When I tried to reinstall, I followed the on-screen instructions, but the download seems to block in step 2 of 3.  Any advise?  Thank you.

  • Windows xp and internet help

I modzilla firefox and internet explorer, but I prefer to use modzilla firefox.  can I both to connect?

I also need to install windows xp service pack 2 and 3 but my computer doesn't have enough ram so I'm

attempt to remove unnessasary programs I have.  can someone help me remove these programs or tell me which ones I need

so my pc will work properly?

(but helped me free of charge)?

    Hi Jennymc01,

RAM and hard drive are two different things. As I understand from your post you don't have enough space on the hard drive. To make more space on the computer, you can try to delete the temporary files, temporary internet cache, compress old files, swith off hibernation and limit the size of pagefile.

Click my computer-> right-> properties-> disk cleanup Local disk.

You will have the option of deleting the temporary files, tickmark where it says, compress old files, click ok. It may take a few minutes to compress the files (you will notice little drop color file from black to blue, but this is indication of compressed files).

Now click on start-> settings-> Options Internet-> delete browser history-> Ok.

Click Start-> run, type &-> % temp %-> ok. Select all files and delete - this is all temporary files, you will not be able to delete some files, but ignore those and delete the rest.

Now, if you have enabled on your system from hibernation disable-> click Start-> settings-> Control Panel-> Power-> Hibernation-> remove tickmark-> ok.

Find the swap file must be set to managed windows-> click Start-> settings-> Control Panel-> system-> advanced-> virtual memory-> change-->-Advanced Online Performance-> select your drive-> select "System Managed size"-> click define -> Ok.

Restart your pc and check free space.

If you do not plan to uninstall all installed service pack files, you can delete many files - open my computer-> tools-> folder options-> view-> uncheck "Hide protected files System"-> Yes-> select 'show hidden files and folders'-> ok.

Let's go to C:\windows. You can delete all files named $NtUninstallKB $ (number) .

    I hope this helps.

  • Outlook Express is available in Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8... to use for the e-mail program?

New computer with Windows 7 and IE 8.   It came with Windows Live for email, but I would prefer to use Outlook Express.    Is this possible?

    Thank you

Outlook Express was last used in XP and it all production ceased in June 2006. In addition, he has never been a standalone download of OE.

If you have Win7 Pro, enterprise or ultimate edition, you can install XP Mode and use Outlook Express.

  • Windows XP and it is slow real.

XP system, about 6 years and it is real slow, have lots of processes running (77) how can I tell what must be running and what can I cut? How can I disable them? Guess this will speed things up? A microsoft program to use that will help you?

No, you will need to use an elbow grease.

    Please answer the following questions:
    1. how much RAM do you have?
    2. what program antivirus or suite are you running?
    3. have you scanned for malware with MBAM or aswMBR?
Here's my usual "causes of slowness":

    1. malware (malware). You need to rule out first! This page has excellent information:

    http://www.selectrealsecurity.com/malware-removal-Guide

    2. not of sufficient free space on the hard disk. At the very least, you should have at least 15% free space. A good shooting for goal is 50%.

    3. some programs aimed at combating malware (for example, Norton and McAfee). Ironically, they can slow things down because they use simply much too many resources. Sometimes they cause conflicts with other programs. Fortunately, there are other programs of anti-malware software available that use much less resources (for example, NOD32, MSE and Avira).

    4. not enough RAM, causing the PC too rely on the pagefile. A quick way to determine if what is happening is to open (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) Task Manager, and then click the performance tab. Then the three values under Commit Charge (k) Note: in the lower left corner: Total, limit and peak.

The Total number represents the amount of memory you are using right now. The vertex figure represents the maximum amount of memory you made since the last boot. If these figures are lower than the value of the amount of physical memory (K), then you probably have lots of RAM. In case you want to study it more, you can run the Page queue Monitor for Windows XP:

    http://www.dougknox.com/XP/utils/xp_pagefilemon.htm

    5. you can also verify that the access mode of your hard drive has not changed from DMA to PIO:

  • Current problems with windows xp and Internet Explorer e-mail. You want advice

Problem started when in Internet explorer, I could not send emails. Program would close downm advised by the technical support of Microsoft Windows than windows xp or explore 8 had bad files and needed to do a clean install. Cannot locate the disc for windows xp will have to buy a.  Should I buy Windows XP or Windows 7? What are the main differences > is Windows 7 contains IE and other software as well?

The tech shared my office and tried to uninstall IE 7 and 8 butcould not completely uninstall. It also reset my settings to the origianl settings, still no luck. The messaging service is hotmail and my wife also has a msn.com address, and none of us can email unless I have disable all add-ons. How can I solve this problem? How can I find out who the module blocked sending emails?

Well, again, how take you your contact with the tech support person?  In other words, how do you know he worked for Microsoft?

What default values have been reset?

What happens when you try to use Hotmail or MSN?

    * It was an attempt to uninstall IE 8 which has failed.  How it failed? Do you remember any error message?

    * Apparently, the attempt to uninstall IE 8 was successful enough to reveal IE 7.  Then, there was an attempt to uninstall IE 7 that has failed. How it failed? Do you remember any error message?

    * What version of IE is now active?

Assuming that the answer to the previous question is IE 8, you can selectively disable the modules by going to tools > manage add-ons.  If IE 8 running in mode no. Add on solves the problem, I suggest from IE 8 in normal mode and systematically disabling the modules until you find the culprit.

Alternatively, you can start a new thread in the forum Internet Explorer .  Include your version of Windows XP, including the service pack and the version of Internet Explorer you are using.  You should also explain exactly what is happening when you try to send an email.  If an error message appears, he quotes completely, without paraphrasing.  I suggest that you use a more descriptive title, such as "cannot use Hotmail with IE 8.  In the body, do not forget to explainwhy "do not use Hotmail."

Yet an another path is to ask for help for Hotmail here: http://windowslivehelp.com/product.aspx?productid=1

  • Planning works in Windows 7 and IE8?

    Hello
Planning works in Windows 7 and IE8?
I have seen the John Booth for IE8 bug fix, so I guess that IE8 works with the planning, work, HSS, EN Web sites.
    Thanks in advance.

If you speak only planning web features, then it should work with the patch, it is not officially supported but in 11.

Take a look at the document following on MyOracle support: -.

I would say that it is only about a month to wait.
