Windows XP Firefox browser, can not download the SMA

Hello:

I have three machines running xp, latest version of firefox, I already deleted the previous version of Flash, attempted to remove the SMA, repeat myself that I have to close IE to do this, but IE is not running.  When I go to the adobe site and try to download flash player, ADM window comes at all, instead he said: I need to install the missing plugin I've ever heard.  Help

Hi, when you refer to the ADM are you speaking of the DLM (Download Manager)? If, so do not use it. Rather go to this Troubleshooting Guide and make sure you have all the settings correct IE. Also, make sure the permissions section you need to use the administrator account. Then after uninstallation, use the manual installation programs. Don't forget to Reboot (restart) your computer after uninstallation and installation.

Once you have done that the settings are correct, then you can SAVE the uninstaller to your desktop.

Download and SAVE the manual installer on your desktop.

Make sure that you disable all applications that use Flash (see the system tray area near the clock), such as MSN messenger or any other person.

CLOSE all browsers, and then rerun the uninstaller, restart and then restart.

Then, run the setup of IE, FF Installer(if you use it, if not don't even put it on your Desktop) and then restart.

Go to this site to test: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

If you have any questions, just after.

Thank you
