Heck, this computer hp pavillion laptop has windows 7 when I bought it! I even called Tiger pawn and they told me that it was purchased without the installation disk. Help! At the start, I always have this horrible "DNSunlocker" virus/malware.

  Click on the Start Menu, click all programs and make sure that if you have a folder called "CyberLink DVD Suite" - If you do, Power2Go should be part of this set.

  Build 6002 # simply indicates that SP2 is installed. Something else you have installed or updated interfered with the validation of Windows. The above will allow you to re - validate.
