Wireless Apple keyboard - Apple public support cannot answer on this issue

When my apple wireless keyboard is connected directly to the USB port does not work. If I change and plug it into another USB port still nothing happen.

If I plug this same keyboard (mine) into any other computer it market and also if I plug another wired apple keyboard on my computer it works.

If it's so strange. I also reinstall OSX 10.11.4, also already RAM reset, also went to the apple service, even history - my apple wireless keyboard does not not on my computer. But the only way it works... If I have some of this hub of Chinas USB 1.0 cheep plug on my MacBook Pro and my apple keyboard in the hub... then works.

So, some of you have the solution to this problem?

And also have to say that, if the keyboard is directly plug it into my mac via USB in system information, I do not see (Yes, I update list). I see my keyboard in the USB list only if it is connected to this hub usb 1.0 Piou Chinas.

Official Service support Apple cannot help me because they say: (official) keyboard works and it is under warranty, we cannot change it - and they also agree with this, as my apple keyboard does not work on Mac may.

:/ so strange

What did Apple Support here for troubleshooting?   Who will save us he's repeating what was already tried and tested already.

If you have a USB keyboard is not working.    If you connect the keyboard, it does not.   If you connect to a different USB port on the same Mac, the keyboard still does not.

The problematic USB keyboard works when connected on the computer of another and quite different?

When dealing with flaky USB devices, remove all the hubs, all disks, all devices and absolutely everything that is connected to the USB port on the Mac, with the exception of the device tested.  No hubs, no disc, nothing.   In this case, just the keyboard cable must be connected to the USB port on the Mac.  Restart in Safe Mode (restart should reset the USB port, and the use of Safe Mode disables most of the modules) and check if this keyboard configuration works.

  • Photo in my bed even 2nd iCloud Apple Support cannot remove, what to do next?

I am the most disappointed with Apple at this point

When iCloud library started, I download all my family photo on iCloud.

Then, woman is crazy, saying: I shouldn't put this stuff online so I deleted the iCloud photo library all... so I thought.

Couple months later, I noticed some of my photos still on iCloud.com and cannot be removed by what I have (from Mac, Safari in iOS).

After going through 2 of the 2nd support row AppleCare and the appointment of 1 hr at Apple store, they say basically there is nothing that can make.

They can put a "request" to the server, but none of them do not know when or if it can be fixed. They cannot even give an ETA.

I was told it could be days, weeks or months, essentially any time from here to eternity. "Please be patient".

While they are working on it, I was told to backup all my iCloud files, since it can be destroyed at anytime. What?

This means that all the files I put on iCloud would be endangered since you can't save all the files all the time.

Top icing of this, is that I still pay for the storage of the photo, I want to be deleted because they take the space of my iCloud.

Cannot install itunes for windows - error: Apple Application Support is required to run Itunes Helper. Uninstall and reinstall (as I did twice)

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

More information area has direct links with the current and recent buildings if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with QuickTime software or a third party.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

  • Apple Watch 2 cannot access Siri when the phone is charging

My iPhone is plugged in my Apple Watch says that it cannot connect to Siri 6 simple feet further. Has anyone else experienced this problem and/or been able to solve it?

    Hello

    The following steps may help:

    • On your iPhone, go to: settings > Siri - disable, pause for a few moments, and then reactivate the Siri.
  • Cannot install OS: "this identifier Apple has not yet been used.

I just got my first Mac yesterday, a mid 2010 Macbook of opportunity. It's in great shape, works great, I was briefly very satisfied with my purchase. Then I tried to reformat/reinstall, as it does whenever purchasing a computer used.

I followed the instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204904 and when I got to the step three, after the failure of the hard drive, it wouldn't let me install the operating system. He wanted to connect first with my Apple ID, so I did an Apple ID, but now it keeps giving me an error "this identifier Apple has not yet been used in the App store" and then it gives me the opportunity to cancel or "review". Click Cancel simply cancels the installation, just by clicking on review also cancels the installation.

An ID is not necessary, but there is no way I can see to avoid it say the instructions on this page. It was suggested that maybe I could avoid the connection on the way to recovery, rather than recovery of the Internet, but the Cmd + R and Cmd + Option + R give recovery of the Internet. I don't see any way to get to the regular recovery.

I had a suggestion to install from the disc, but I have not all discs. If I could download it from somewhere and burn them then that would be nice, but the instructions on this page are pretty clearly that it should not be necessary to use disks. I should be able to do without signing in.

So... what upward with who? Where should I go from here? Is it possible to do a regular recovery? Or bypass the Apple ID thing?

  • Apple dropped support of Windows 8 in macOS Sierra?

So I upgraded my MacBook to macOS Sierra and I noticed something different in the BootCamp Assistant.

As the official macOS page Sierra said, the new BootCamp installations require Windows 8 and 10.

I depends on your definition of support. The iPhone 4s will not be able to upgrade to iOS 10 when it is released. It also means that if Apple doesn't change what they did in the past, there will be no further updates of security for 4.

The list of supported devices can be found here at the bottom of the page.

My iPad Safari froze and was told that I had to call apple for support assistance.  I called and gave the last four digits of my serial number of the iPad.  They wanted me to download app and pay money, but it felt weird, so I hung up. Am I or my systems compromised in any way by calling and giving the serial number or hang up in time that nothing should be affected?

    Do this...

Tap Settings > Safari and then slide down and tap clear history & data website, then reboot your iPad.

The number they gave you is not Apple.

Never give any personal data abroad on the net, including serial numbers.

  • Apple Application Support (32-bit) deleted, WIN 10, itunes 12.3.3

    Hello

    Maybe someone can help me?
Before you try this already found solution, I ask the questions, again, because of my OS and Itunes is not the same version as described in the solution mentioned down.

After installing WIN10, I cleaned my system and made a big mistake!
I removed Apple Application Support (32 bit) and just kept Apple Application Support (64-bit)
-on a 64 bit system, my way of thinking was wrong--

Now, I have NO error message, but itunes will be stuck to less still when I connect the iphone to the computer 6.

I try to avoid to uninstall itunes completely. (database large, with many playlists and all the songs with Board of the Album etc..)
Before him a. .m error itunes performed excellent.

Is the fixed failure with which describes the solution, without any loss of performance?

    Thanks in advance

    iTunes on a 64-bit system has 32 & 64-bit components.

Review other cases and a list of documents to support further down the page, in which case one of them applies.

More information area has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, need to revert to a previous version or try the version iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for the problems of performance or compatibility with third-party software.

Your library must be affected by these measures, but it is also related to backup and recovery advice if necessary.
