  Do you also have problems connecting to the internet using the connection to the LAN (network cable)?

  By the way: try to disable the WLan (encryption WPA/WPA2) security in the settings of your WiFi router and connect the laptop to open (unsecured) wireless LANs.
  Then check if you would be able to use internet or not...

  But please don't get me wrong: you must disable the WiFi encryption only for testing purposes! The wireless network must be always well attached!

• Wireless Internet connection problem

  My wireless (Linksys) network has not demonstrated, so I then reset my PC and sometimes it will appear. Sometimes it won't and I'll keep Reseting my PC up to what it appears. All that when I go into my network wireless LAN appears as a wired connection. What I do because I need the Internet, it OF my job. Tell me if I don't have this clear enough in the comments! I'll also posts some photos of my connections.

  

  Thanks for all the help that I read your reply and thought maybe my WiFi chip could have been hit a little bit, then I jumped my keyboard on my laptop and readjusted the chip and then put everything back and booted up my Inspiron... It still doesn't work do not, so just the coincidence, I thought I might have accidentally pressed F2-function, my Internet appeared and I had no problems! Thanks for the work on your answer! :) Now I am able to work again on my own PC.

• I can't see the list of available wireless even when connected to wireless internet connections.

  I can't see the list of available wireless connections. So I can't connect to new wireless connections as I have not logged in before. The icon in the taskbar that would show you the possible connections disappeared. Nothing shows under connections network under Favorites network even when I'm logged in. I can pick up internet connections from earlier I can't see that one that is connected to or control it. Help, please. Thank you.

• Went from "Windows Media" to "Windows XP SP3". Now, I get "Error Message 871122" trying to get a wireless Internet connection.

  Here are the facts:

  1. to have access to the internet with a direct line to router Ethernet ONLY, but no wireless connection.
  2. verified Harware for "Intel (r) PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Net" - WORKS FINE.
  3 drivers for the cards above, have most recent downloads - WORKS FINE.
  4 activated the 'USE WINDOWS TO CONFIGURE MY WIRELESS NETWORK SETTINGS' button on the tab 'network connections'.

  --> under the 'GÉNÉRAL' tab: (1) right click on the wireless Internet connection; (2) click on properties; (3) make sure that all THE ELEMENTS under the title "THIS CONNECTION USES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS" are COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL, i.e. UNCHECK THE ONES THAT DO ARE NOT ACTIVE ~!  (I recently turned off AVG and that this item has been inadvertently clicked on ~!) ;

  --> on the 'ADVANCED' tab: run the NETWORK CONFIGURATION WIZARD to reset your network

  I recommend you try these methods

  Method 1:

  Reset the wireless network and make sure that you set the level of security to WPA2-Personal, as it is recommended.

  If this does not clear if installed third-party antivirus and then try to connect. If the problem is resolved, you have to uninstall the antivirus and reinstall back or check with the settings.

  Hello

  Have you tried to reset your laptop to a time before this issue started with a Windows 7 Restore Point?  If it is a parameter change or software this restore point can help solve what is at the origin of the problem.

  I'd also, of course, when you are resetting the router, to make sure that you let it sit for at least 30 seconds to a minute before plugging power back in.  You may need to do a few times to clear his memory to be able to connect.

  In addition, have updated the drivers for the wireless card?  What version of driver currently installed in the system?  You can consult our support site, enter your serial number and click on drivers & Downloads to find the driver for your wireless card.

  Finally, have you tried to empty the wireless profiles that are currently stored in your system?   If you delete the profile current wireless (which is to control your connection to the router), reboot your system, and try to reconnect Windows will rebuild the profile and hopefully allow you to log in again.
