(Wireless) service does not, access denied - Windows 7

I am running Windows 7 family and have just started to loss of internet connection.  I had recently bought and ran the software PC Matic, perform a scan and an option "auto-fix".  He seemed to have lost the WiFi connection as well, but I'm not sure.  The only thing I know is that my Wireless Service does not and shows "stopped" in the Task Manager, and the service is "automatic".

When I try to 'start' Wireless Service, a dialog box appears informing me that "access denied."  How can I fix it?

Help, please...

Hey, Kent.

Thanks for posting your concern. Let's see if there are programs or applications that blocks the internet connection by performing a clean boot. Please see the instructions under "Windows 7 and Windows Vista" in this link: How to perform a boot in Windows.

We can also check if there are some files corrupt or broken update installed that is blocking the connection by running the file system (CFS) auditor. Please follow the steps below:

1. press on the Windows key on your keyboard.
2 type cmd, then right click on the result, then choose Run as Administrator.
3. enter sfc/scannow.
4. hit enter.

Keep us in the loop for updates.

Kind regards
Monica cam

  • Wireless connection error - error 193:Oxc1 - Windows wireless service does not work

I have a Dell Studio XPS until yesterday worked fine. I plug in a memory (USB) card and that's when the problem occurred.

Today when I started, it connect to internet via WiFi. The map shows in Device Manager and are passed through controls to enable the automatic. Wired connection is not a problem that's just a very long Ethernet run and WiFi was better. I have other computers on the network, there is a problem with what I think is that the registry is corrupted. It seems that the Wireless LAN and audio are butting heads as the audio is displayed as an X when I try to fix the connection.

On the bottom bar on Windows 7, it shows a signal with an X on it. Help, please!

Please perform a clean boot mode, press Windows key + R on your keyboard and type services.msc. Access to services that are defined as disabled and edit them in the manual.

Restart your computer (stay in a clean boot) and return to services.msc. Do not open any other application or browser. Any device that is set to automatic, but it is not started, change its startup type to manual. Any application that is manual, but is started, the change automatically.

Installation of Windows service does not work after Explorer 9 uninstallation and reinstallation of 8.  I followed several suggestions on this forum, but still no luck.  I ran the SFC system twice, who told me he had corrupted files.  "Some have been repaired and some might not be."  I then went in the event viewer after a start to the top and he stated that the 'Adobe APM service' is not found.  Also the "hpqddsvc' and the 'gupdate' is not found.  He tries to install something every time I start, but he abandoned.  I checked whether the system is on and disabled.  It's on.  There are a lot of small problems, but my main concern is the Adobe program.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe, but still get an error message that the Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. • Receiver wireless Xbox does not work on Windows 8 x 64

Original title: the Xbox on Windows 8 x 64 wireless receiver

I tried the Windows 7 drivers, but it does not work on 8. How to run on Windows x 64 8?

Hi, I thought that I better sign up where people are always problems that I have been in the same boat, but I just managed to get out and have my receiver running and work on 8 to win.

There is not much to explain really.
1 - Take the latest version of the software from here and install it
    http://www.Microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/Xbox-360-Wireless-Controller-for-Windows
    I used the Windows 7 x 64
Receiver Wireless 2-plug in USB2 port I am not 100% sure but I don't think that they work with USB3
3 - go to control panel > Device Manager and do a right click on the unknown device and then update driver software
4 - Click "browse the driver software on your computer.
5 - Click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.
    6. then in the left column, click on Microsoft and it should show a list in the right column, go all the way down and you should see.
Xbox 360 for Windows 6.2.9200.16384 wireless receiver [25/07/2012]
7 - highlight this driver and ok/next and it will give a message saying that it is not recommended or words to this extent, click ok let install
8 - check in the Device Manager and it must be installed and you should be able to match your controller with the receiver, as you would on Windows 7
    9. now go to the start menu and click on the application of Microsoft Xbox 360 accessories status and check that the controller is coupled by pressing the guide button.
And that's all I'm sorry if I did a little lengthy, but I thought that I might as well cover in case a person has need to install one that has never installed one at all before.
I have this message warning and a lot of time on my hands so I'll check to see if someone can always install it, but I'm sure that I've listed all the correct steps.
  • D Link DWA 140 Wireless Stick does not work with Windows 7 Pro x 64

After searching the Internet for most of the day, I am naïve. Installed Win 7 Pro x 64 (from MSDN-AA) today and I wanted to use my job well DWA 140 to connect to my router for internet. The Board in use is the Asus P5p77-M. All, who tried with 2 different USB stick work USB ports in question. Windows is up to date, as it's the Bios and Chipset drivers, on the site of Asus's latest versions are installed. The DWA-140 appears up like works well in my device manager, but what is it. When you install the software from the site Web of D-Link, the connection software shows no WiFi at all, and the same thing happens if I chose to install the drivers Ralink (manufacturer of the chip inside the DWA-140). All the ideas here what to do?

    Carsten

What happened when you tried the Windows software?

He was able to detect the card?

Looks like a program prevents the identification of the card.

I would like to start with a clean boot to make sure that a startup program is not causing the problem:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

If this does not work, I stay in the State of clean boot and disable anti-virus and firewall temporarily and reinstall the software of connection:

Hi, I have not used my network wireless for many years of my laptop. I just bought a wireless router but now my laptop it. • Specific wireless network does not connect in Windows 7, but does in Windows 10?

I have a Toshiba Satellite L750D laptop, it is about 3 years old now.

I use Windows 7 for a while. Everything works fine to connect wireless at home and more than other wireless networks, but the hours was spent without success to get it to connect to the wireless work (Ministry of education, that's why this included fiddling around with the proxy settings and user authentication options). I got it to connect properly this wireless in the past, but to another school.

I had given up on actually being able to use internet in my class to improve the education of students.

I upgraded my computer to Windows 10, then suddenly, following the same steps that we had tried before, my laptop had no connection to detnsw disorders. Hooray, 21st century learning!

Unfortunately, some of the hardware in my computer graphics or something couldn't handle Windows 10 (or I couldn't manage Windows 10 and what he did to my outdated laptop), so I had to use the restore function, which came back my computer to Windows 7 without having to format my computer and re - install Windows 7 from an external source.

Now she continues to refuse to connect, even advise that to contact the network administrator.

It's driving me crazy. What is different between the 2 operating systems that allows to connect without fuss one way and deny the other way?

I have triple checked everything I could think of that could prevent the connection, including the drivers and my antivirus, nothing helps.

Is this just a case of Resistentialism that cause me to seriously consider spending the money that I have not currently on a new laptop just so I can show the occasional Youtube educational video?

Has anyone else had a similar problem, or is it just me?

    Hello

Thanks for posting your query to the Microsoft forum. I will definitely help you with this.

The problem may occur if the network drivers are not correctly updated or you need to change the network settings.

Method 1: Please follow the steps described in the article Microsoft help to the given address:

Using the troubleshooter from network in Windows 7

How can I troubleshoot network card?

    Method 2:

I suggest that you change options for both the systems on the network in the Advanced sharing settings (Open Network & Sharing Center > Advanced sharing settings to change):

    -Enable network discovery

-Turn on the file and printer sharing

-Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can read and write files in public folders

    -Turn off password protected sharing

Now, try to map the drive, follow these steps:

    1. click on Start, click on computer and click map network drive in the options under the address bar.

    2. in the drive box, click the drive letter to use.

    3. in the folder box, type \\server\share, where you can type the IP address of the drive to be mapped. For example, if the IP address is 192.168.6.xxx, you type \\192.168.6.xxx.

    4. click on Finish.

Let us know if you need more assistance. We will be happy to help you.
