  I recently bought the LinkSys Router (model No.: WRT120N) and configured it. But it does not connect to my TOSHIBA laptop (model No.: Satellite A200 - 1 MB) with this new router.
  This is a wireless connection. I don't think its something to do with the router because other laptops can access the signal and they can connect to this router.

  Can someone please help me to solve this?

  I have recentlly bought a new card WLAN Intel 5300 (533AN_MMW) for my Satellite A200 - 1 CG (PSAE3E...). I installed a new card without any problems, downloaded and installed new drivers (Win7) also.
  The problem is that the Wlan led does not illuminate any. So I don't see the card functions normally in the Device Manager, but cannot establish a wireless connection because the Device Manager indicates that the WLAN switch is turned off.

  This is my first thread ever so please be gentle with me
  I have Satellite A200 2 years now and I am having some problems. All of a sudden I can not connect to my modem wireless (belkin).

  I see my two neighbors modems but not full mine force in the configfree radar
  I took my A200 to work and it can connect with no problem.
  I have a L300 also now the confusing part is that it will connect at home, work and can only see 1 of my neighbouring modems sometimes but mine is full forcibly in configfree radar

  I'm simply not see something like this would point to any problems with my modem but also no problem with the A200 as it will connect to the work.

  First try to reboot your router.
  As I see WLAN works well on your Satellite A200 and I guess there is a problem with the WLAN settings.

  Restart your router and check the connectivity again.

  I recently bought a Satellite A200 with Atheros 5007eg wireless LAN adapter. I use Vista. And I use a d-link router.

  My problem is the following:

  Somehow, when I download only product 1/4th of the speed I get when I connect it directly to a modem... Ive tried to download new drivers, but not help there.
  Can someone help me pls? I already talked to toshiba NL, they told me to send it to them, they have had three weeks and then sent back without doing anything.

  As far as I know a BIOS and update Atheros driver should dispel this issue.
  One of my friends has the same laptop and it has updated both the mentioned thing and it works very well.

  I have problems with communication wireless on my satellite A200-1SJ. When I swich on my Windows Vista early computer installing wireless network card drivers and the installation is not successful.

  I tried to install the latest drivers, but it does not help. In Device Manager its written as wan windows cannot load driver (code 31).
  The same problem is with the bluetooth adapter that does not work as well.

  Connectivity doctor say that any (LAN, Wlan) is swiched of when I am connected to the LAN and even information on missing bluetooth connectivity Doc.

  I tried to reinstal drivers and connectivity doctor, but it did not help.
  I would be grateful for all the help.

  I'm not sure of what causes this, but try to completely uninstall the wlan and bluetooth drivers, restart.
  Vista try to install them again?

  There may be a problem with your user account and you have not full admin rights. Try to log on as an administrator or create a new account using the privileges and do a reinstall of the drivers. Do this with the doctor of connectivity also. Could help.

  I have a problem very annoying and confusing.

  I've just set up my internet connection at home. From the beginning, my Toshiba was unable to properly communicate with the router to set up the connection, I had to use Mac. my partner

  After much time spent talking with the ISP and the manufacturer of the router, I was told that there is a problem with my network card - it is not compatible with the router. I don't think that this is the case, my laptop is fairly new, newer than the router actually. So, it seems a logical explanation. As this laptop was able to connect to every other internet connection as needed. And more importantly, my phone can communicate with the router as I can connect 'local only' but not to the internet. I get an error that can not diagnose Vista.

  Have you tried different types of DVD blank? I always use DVD-R and not DVD + are so you should try it with a DVD-R. You should buy the disc Verbatim or TDK. I have only good experience with these manufacturers.
