  Try the following.

  In Control Panel, open administrative tools and select abuse.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
   
  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

  Sometimes a document to print on my HP Photosmart D7260 won't print.  If I try and print several documents thay all stuck in the coil.  If I try to delete the document, it blocks until I restart my computer.  Running Windows 7.  How can I clear spool it print without having to reboot?  By turning the printer off, then on did not help.

  I'm sorry you have a problem with the printing of certain documents.

  It seems that your printer spooler may have a problem.

  Try to stop and restart.

  1. click on Start Menu

  2. type (Services) in the search bar

  3 scroll down to Printer Spooler

  4. stop and restart.

  HP photosmart c5580 won't print documents. Installed and reinstalled the software and still will not print. can scan documents to correct computer. will not copy or print from printer manually.

  C5500 printer is the default printer. I also have an hp c4280 printer that works if I want to print or scan at any time. I checked device drivers and it says they work prperly more, this is the last version of this printer. I used the troubleshooting of microsoft files site and everything out very well, but still does not print. The ink levels are new in the cartridges and the printer paper in the status bar. Internet connection and a connection between the product and the OK computer. I am lost as I bought all printers have been brand HP, and first time I had a problem.  I hope someone can help.   I've seen a number of reports like this.  I guess that you CAN print from other programs, such as your Internet browser.

  What is the brand and model of the printer?

  "Will be not print" means that you get blank pages or not of pages when you print from WordPad or from Notepad?

  If you cannot print from ANY program, that's one thing, but if the only programs that are not printing are WordPad and Notepad (and they print blank pages), the usual cause is that your (always an inkjet printer color of a certain type) will not print documents that are all black & white, but there is little colour in page the page prints.

  The reason for this is something wrong with the black ink cartridge.  Did you recently put in a new black ink cartridge, and if so, is not recommended by the manufacturer of printer ink?

  Or is the printer not been used for a long time?

  Print a test page using the controls on the front panel of the printer.  What is going on?

  Depending on the brand and model of the printer, you may need to (a) perform systematic cleaning print head, (b) print the printer test page, perhaps several times, cleaning the printer print head parts or related (c) manually, d introduce the new black cartridge of the type indicated.

• Windows Mail won't open Office documents

  I'm looking through the various fixes for it but none works for me, the main reason being that I can not save the file.  When I try and open an Excel file from Windows Mail, nothing happens.  I right click to save money, but save it under the bar says type "attachment (*.)" *)"and no .xls.  I click on save and get the message "the command cannot be run."  It also doesn't let me print.

  It is a very recent problem that I can't seem to get a fix for.  A suggestion made online, I got Microsoft Office but the problem persists.  Can someone please help me because I really need to be able to open Excel documents to work on it and return the people.

  Our officejet 6000 won't print from a computer on the network. All 3 computers running Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium edition. The computer we have problems printing used to be able to print to the Officejet 6000, but now he can't.  In devices and printers, it says that the printer is connected, but I can't print a Test Page.  However, if I run the HP Solution Center, it says that the printer is connected and I can go to the Toolbox of the printer and print a printer status report.  The 2 other computers on our network have no problem printing of pages to document and test.  Why would a printer are struggling to print documents and test pages, but be able to print the printer status report?

  what you did may limit the possible cause. at least we know that this problem is caused by excel, below is a workaround solution that you can try:

  Looking at the 'Print Preview', confirms is the black appear or not.

  More top issue will be useful for further refinement.

  Copy / paste from the old file by excellent:

  1. create a new excel file

  2 paste special

  3 'text' only

  4 repeat the format will help.
