  I have no idea if the way that you have installed XP has nothing to do with it. If so, I can't help. But, a few questions...

  1. Why should you use the Shift key? The space bar works for me.
  2. Why is it you enter the address of the person instead of their name?
  3. You can try this to see if the registry is damaged. It is common in OE.

  1. close OE, then in Regedit, navigate to this key:

  | - HKEY_CURRENT_USER
  | - Identities
  |-{GUID}
  | - Software
  | - Microsoft
  | - Outlook Express
  |--------------------5.0

  where GUID is the Global Unique identifier for your identity.

  2. under this key, you will find the following between subkeys
  others:

  Select the key rules and delete it. Message rules will be empty, but you can rebuild them now.  Note This will remove all rules.

  The word problem seems more likely to have a bug introduced by Microsoft in their last update for Word 2016, a couple of weeks. Someone posted a way to get Word to revert to a version:

  1. As Office 365 facilities are automatically updated in the background, you must disable the automatic updates first. This can be done in any application Office 365 via:

  I have a MacBook Pro, retina 13inch OS X el Capitan Version 10.11.1 with 16 GB of memory. It's brand new and I have recently installed Microsoft Word/Powerpoint etc. a disc that I bought a few years to my previous MacBook. It seems to work very well, but whenever I want to open a word document a message comes up saying "Word could not create the work file. Check the amount of disk space on your startup disk '. However, once I click 'OK' this message disappears and my word file opens without a problem. I have 16 GB of memory on this laptop and it's new I have not reached anywhere near the maximum amount of storage so I'm puzzled as to what this message means. How can I avoid that this message popping up everytime I open Microsoft Word? Any help would be appreciated!

  This has nothing to do with memory - it's the SSD. Word tries to create a temporary file to use as a backup if the program crashes while you are working. First, run the Microsoft Update program to see if there are updates you have missed. Second, Microsoft currently supports only versions 2011 and 2016, so if yours is older, you should consider the upgrade. Thirdly, I suspect that the temporary file is not get created so that you have fewer cancellations (maybe any) and that if the program crashes you have to restore.

I called "The Geek Squad" and they said it was safe to start. "Two hours later, I received a request via my bookmarks bar, (a message had been blocked) that,"microsoft"wanted to update my windows media player.  I have never noticed an update come Microsoft like that then I saw deny access. Is it possible for an upcoming MicroSoft update in this way or how can I check the message without activating any download?  Later, I tried to find a Media Player update on the MicroSoft Web site, but did not find anything, however I'm not sure I was able to navigate as well as necessary to get the answer. Please help me.

  For Windows Media Player, it has settings to verify updates of the separate drive of the Windows Update service.  If you open WMP, click Tools > Options > Player tab, you can change the frequency of when checking updates.  Also if you click help there is an option to check for updates.  So if ever you see an update for WMP and you don't know if it is authentic, you can always start the process to search for updates yourself.

  If Windows update is set to automatic, then you should see a notification for these updates come from the notification bar (the area of the taskbar near the clock).  As with WMP, if you ever have a question or a question about an update, you can start Windows Update yourself and watch the updates that are currently available prior to installation.

  Since it sounds as if you may have picked up some types of malware here are a few links with some good info on the protection of the malware\virus.

  I have oracle forms 10g (9.0.4) version, I want to display message via builtin MESSAGE in the message bar before it works very well (for the existing exe it works fine again) but now for forms newly created, it does not display messages in the bar I did search and found that we should use builtin SYNCHRONIZE to display the message but no difference , I'm so frustrated why this is happening all the forms I created before works fine and view messages without any problems (it's only for messages I want to display in the message bar other message box works as usual), is only for newly created forms.

  Please, try the following:

  -Open your form module
  -Select the name of the module
  -Press on F4
  -In the palette property, select the FUNCTIONAL section
  -Select property: the Console window
  -Value should be: the current window in your module. For example, if the window in your module is WINDOW1, then select WINDOW1 console VALUE window.

  Should allow you to see the messages through th emessage integrated.

  I have about 50 mailboxes to iCloud. Of these 50, there is suddenly a half-dozen who does not accept messages, I'm trying to drop.   Try to activate the market account: settings > Mail, Contacts, calendars, and then tap the account on the right, drag the mail to 'off', the output parameters, return in the Mail application, and then return to the settings and drag the mail back to 'on '.

  If you can't even delete them then go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendars, select the account on the right side of this screen, select the account, then advanced, box deleted mailbox and under Server type on the "Trash" folder so that it is a tick against - and then get out of this series of popups by tapping corresponding keys above them and then see if you can delete emails.
