  Hi - I use HTML HR, version 8.  I have a topic that uses a Word existing as a content document.  The Word document contains links to other documents. When I have the link to the Word document in HR, the links in the Word document do not work.  When I consult the heading in the generated output (MS HTML Help), there are icons where other documents are placed (these icons indicate the type of document - another Word document, an Excel doc and other).  However, when I click on the icons, no action occurs.

  When I open the Word using Word document, icons appear in Word.  When I click the icon of the other document opens.  In my opinion, that these documents were inserted as objects.

  Is there a way to get these links to function?

  When I create the topic in HR, I use 'create the copy and link '.

  Any help would be appreciated!

  I don't think that this is possible because the link function is not designed to automatically link to other documents just because the first document has links.

  Not sure if it would work if you have linked the two, even if you have kept their relationship of relative path.

  If the document has never been saved, there is nothing to recover. The exception is if the Word crashed, in which case there might be a file of ASR left; We should give this file the next time that you start Word.

  The bookmarks toolbar gives you elements of 'context' for bookmarks.

  Do a right click in a white spot on the Navigation toolbar or the Tabstrip control.

  I see you are having problems printing of PDF files.  I would like to help!

  I suggest you perform a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I recommend also to download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.

  Adobe change Acrobat a lot between releases. Make sure you follow instructions to the same version you have.

  If this looks OK, let us know the exact version you have (help > about Acrobat Pro).

  The result is that Adobe does not provide any software to defeat the security of a PDF file. If the creator of the PDF file set to this level of security, intentionally or not, that's what it is! The solution to your problem is to go to the creator of the document and ask the password or an unprotected PDF file version.

  I work on a Mac under OS X Yosemite (10.10.4) and Dreamweaver CC 2015. I followed all the items available on how to implement a new startup as well as verified document for issues known in Dreamweaver and looked through the Dreamweaver forum.

  I need some advice regarding the creation of a new Bootstrap document in Dreamweaver CC 2015. I followed using Dreamweaver's article "Working with the Bootstrap Files" (https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/using/bootstrap.html). I followed the instructions precisely to create a new Bootstrap document without any pre-built model extra. I used the "create a new" option in the Startup dialog box tab new document, does not make use an available pre-built, made a minor change to the width in pixels of the screen of medium size under the Customize menu and click on the create"" button. Dreamweaver then prompted me to save the associated CSS file that I saved as "styles.css" in the "css" folder file root of my newly defined site. Dreamweaver has not created a new CSS file called 'styles.css' in the location I've just specified, has not added any dependent Bootstrap files in the folder root of the site except "bootstrap.css" (added in the "css" folder) and left me confused as to how to get started with this feature. Please let know us if there are additional configuration steps or things to watch during the creation of a new "bootstrap" page/site. It's frustrating because I'm eager to try this new potentially important feature. I thank you in advance for any help, you can give me.

  Thanks for your comments. Everything you said is true, but it does not directly concern the question I had.

  It was a conflict more profound by which I had a wrong folder in my hard drive that had the same name as the hard drive itself. This prevents any local dependent files open in Dreamweaver: https://forums.adobe.com/message/5633342#5633342#5633342 I assume that the file was somehow created when I updated my OS before installing the latest version of Dreamweaver.

  In addition, this can cause problems when you set up a new boot environment and have prevented the necessary being created dependent files as I said originally. The files are added to your local disk with a status of 'read only' applied to the primary Bootstrap CSS file to prevent replacement.

  I have a poster in InDesign I want to save in PDF format for printing - when I try to save it as a PDF I get this warning:

  "Mixture of transparency of the document does not match color space of destination specified in the settings of export to the format Adobe PDF."  To avoid the appearance of color changes in the PDF file, click Cancel and change the merger of the transparencies of the document workspace or the destination color space.  Or click OK to continue with the current settings. ..."

  Is there something I need to change?  I use color profiles: profiles of color Source and Destination of the "work CMYK U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2.

• Suddenly a double click on a PDF document opens the Acrobat application, but the document does not load.

  Until today, I had no problem opening a PDF document that I've saved by double-clicking it. Now when I do that, my Acrobat application opens, but the PDF document does not work. I need to use the file / open to select the document that I want to see, or I need to the mouse click on the PDF to the right and choose 'open with '. I had this once before and I had help to solve them, but I use Acrobat 7 Professional and since it is not supported, I can't help when I call Support.

  Sounds like a Windows problem. Try right-clicking and select ALWAYS open with feature. Who is supposed to fix the link. If this does not work, open the type of file under TOOLS menu > Folder Options (display XP, can be different in VISTA). If you select advanced as PDF, you get a link under the open > modify something like "c:\adobeapp\acrobat 5.0\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" '%1 '. The comment you make looks like %1 or quotes are missing. Bill
