You can customize by using workflow Builder, but I don't think that you can add a logo - the notice of payment of e-mail can be changed (Doc ID 225417.1)

Please log an SR to confirm this with the support of the Oracle.

    Hussein,

    For,

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcrpdv_noent] in the database.

We have already raised a SR oracle people told us to set recovery_parallelism to 1 that we will follow this fix in our next maintenance window.

    Go ahead...

According to the journal of CIM, earphone FNDSM was trying to connect to the server FNDSM__ and we have no Manager. conc running on the server .

As far as I understand, Service Manager: on any node will start if the node is a node of simultaneous treatment. In our case, earphone FNDSM trying to connect to the node no concurrent processing (FNDSM__).

I checked the status of the Service Manager:

Access system-online simultaneous-online Manager Administrator => Administration-Online query for Service Manager: => click on 'process' =>, you will see a process 'active '.

    Service Manager: => real = 1 process, target = 0

So we have decided to disable this Service Manager who is not necessary and it was what gave the error in the ICM log file. We will follow the fix in our next maintenance window.

In addition, if the Service Manager is not present defined for a particular node, then this causes all of the services provided by the Service Manager as OPP, WF etc... don't not to work.

Thank you for all the docs Hussein metalink useful. If I misunderstood the question above, take your ideas. Thanks Hussein snoussi-Oracle and other experts for their valuable time on this forum.

  • E-mail notification workflow test/troubleshoorting

    Hi guys

    1. can you give me advice on how to test or troubleshoot the workflow notification mailer?

I'm trying to get Oracle alert (ALR) working with the sender of the notification. When the sender/listener is down the simultaneous program ends and I can see it 'generated' out. but when I turn on the earpiece of the notification and the mailer, it error "the program finished, return the State-1073741502 code." I'm sure that the sender is not working properly. I installed a free mail server to test this situation and the server is running and successful validation workflow mailer Setup. (Rel 12.1.1 on win32)

    2. I can't view the log of the sender of the notification through AOM. Can anyone suggest where to find?

    3. BTW, I was hoping I can just jump emails have have alerts notifications of publication as other notifications of workflow, but it does not seem possible. Is it?

    Thanks in advance

  • E - Business Workflow, 2 components say down

I am connected to Oracle Workflow systems and two of the 6 components are declining (purging and cleaning of queue control). I have no idea why they are declining. Where or just checking to determine how these components to get started. The sender of the Notification seems to be fine with the listeners, the components of Service Agent and the background. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • Setting up notification e-mail workflow approvals

    Hello

Are there Metalink notes or blog sites that show how to configure e-mail notification of Workflow approvals (environment is R12.1.3 linux)?

In particular, in my view, there is work that needs doing on the exchange server with regard to the implementation of email and files, etc.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thank you

  • Workflow Mailer in R12

    Hi all
I correctly configured workflow mailer in my test environment using the gmail smtp server. But I have some doubts on the configuration I am very new to workflow mailer Setup. In fact, I had configured sendmail on linux and I could send emails using the mailx command. After that, I added server (smtp.gmail.com) smtp for the navigation below in oracle applications, but I have no mail.

    OAM-> workflow-> Notification mailer-> edit-> Servername (under smtp)

According to the description, it is the host name of the computer used to send notifications by e-mail (including the complete domain name). After that, I just tried to give Server smtp localhost. This time he started work. All I want to know is, what is the value that we must give to servername?

This is the value of smtp server and smtp.gmail.com why does not work?
How does the localhost? what it means?

    Details: R12.1 platform environment: OEL4.7

    Please give your valuable answers.

    Thank you
    Jvel.

All I want to know is, what is the value that we must give to servername?

Server running the SMTP services, there must be concomitant Manager level.

This is the value of smtp server and smtp.gmail.com why does not work?

No, SMTP is the protocol used primarily for sending mails (outbound), and services must be started on the server where your local host sleeps without knowing where your concurrent Manager is lying.

How does the localhost? what it means?

Localhost I think is your aherent category manager (CM) simultaneous. Ask your unix administrator to stop the SMTP services on CM layer, so you will not be able to receive mail.

    Thank you
