  then use the same profile for non wide screen (except use the options of the advance of the to have capture 720 x 540 instead of 1920 x 1080)

  
  The other AVS profiles for. AVI are: (of course, I'm confused why we MPEG-4 in an AVI file, but they all register under.) (AVI)

  

  
  (2) then, then what preset uses?  Since these are all. AVI on my hard drive, I am confused with all the choices.

  I am considering NTSC-HDV-HDV 1080i 30, but AVCHD, DV, HDV, and HARD DISK offer all the options that seem to work.

  I would recommend capturing your VHS, DVD and video with the ADS Pyro 8mm and I would recommend it download files AVCHD with Premiere Elements and display an AVI from there so that you can combine all projects. (Make sure the parameters of project selected for AVCHD precisely corresponding to your camcorder - and give the file a few minutes to comply before trying to modify.)   A step, baby, use DVD video Soft.  It's been recently updated, and the name of the YouTube video is automatically deployed for you (you can change it for the reader if you wish).

  Whenever I find something absurdly funny on YouTube, it's only a few clicks away.  The output file is converted to AVI the Sansa is quite satisfied.  I run the output through the SMC on to the Sansa.

  Yes. Here, I've converted a .mov to .avi file, which played in VLC. I did this conversion in El Capitan.

  Software: Pr, en and Ae - CS4 all.

  My camera: (Sony Z1) shoots HDV 1080i.

  When capture and editing, I keep all the HDV and intertwined.

  Premiere Pro:

  1. Capture HDV - mpeg 1440 x 1080 (1.3333)
  2. Sequence - HD 1440 x 1080 (1.3333) anamorphic 1080 (1.333) Upper Field First - (HDV Preset 1080i25)

  Once editing is complete, I have dynamically link sequences in Encore.

  Question - I dynamically link to yet or export the sequence of Pro?

  If you're not a fan of dynamically link sequences and think export Premiere Pro sequences is the way forward, please advise best export settings.  I guess that in the export (from Pr) is to convert from interlaced to progressive HDV DV takes place?

  At the present time, I dynamically link sequences in Encore.  This means handles even the gradual conversion of DV.

  Question - what are the best settings for transcoding (yet) to transcode HDV 1080i25 to DV widescreen progressive?

  I tried for many workflows, but for now, I was not 100% satisfied with any of them.

  I find this a challenge to take HDV 1080i and produce a beautiful DVD IE minimum artifacts and interlace jitter.

  I used to downconvert to DV in camera during the capture process, but I find that I get much better results by editing in HDV and downconverting during post.  That's what my post is really all about finding the best workflow for this.

  I'd be very keen to learn how others are shooting and editing in HDV to then produce best-high quality DVD.

  I have an infrared camera that captures 30 second videos in the. AVI format. I can import and read these. Fine on my iMac and iPad AVI video files. (imported photos on iMac)

  However, I have these. AVI files won't play on my iPhone.

  Advice on:

  1.) how to play an AVI file on iPhone?

  or

  2.) how to convert. AVI to MOV or any other format that is iPhone compatible?

  How to open or convert the .avi file on the old mac running OS.10.6.8.  We tried downloading several conversion programs as well as programs that run .avi, but everyone's message could not be opened on the mac or require a fee.  Anyone able to fix it.  We have great audio video file we need to convert.

  Try to use MPEG Streamclip; You can be told to install Perian or another component, or who does not open the AVI file. AVI is a container, not a format; no single component or codec will open all reviews, and some cannot be played or converted in Mac OS X.

  I have the new computer with Windows 7, my brother fax printer appears as unknown device & I can't install the recommended driver downloaded from brother.  Have you tried the different usb ports.  It seems that the driver has installed, but comouter don't recosgnise printer.   Remove the unknown device Windows 7

  Unplug the printer

  Start the Brother driver installation process

  Connect the printer requires the installation process.

  Windows has trouble changing the printer driver if the printer is already connected as an "unknown" device

  If I have two Word files and manage the links between them (hyperlink on one specific bookmark on the other), is there a way to easily remember (or reproduce) these links on PDF files converted from Word files?

  Here's what I've tested so far.

  -On the source file, the format of the hyperlink is "{filename} .docx #{bookmarkname}. I changed the extension of docx to pdf.

  -Source/target to convert Word files to PDF format.

  -The hyperlink on the converted source PDF is in the format "file:///{targetpath}/{targetfile}%23{bookmarkname"}

  -When I click on the hyperlink on the converted source PDF, security warning pops up with "this document tries to connect to...". »

  -If I click on 'Allow' on the pop-up, the web browser opens with "cannot display this page" error. "

  -convert files to PDF format

  -on target of PDF, the value named destinations on the points corresponding to Favorites

  That's why your problems... You use the PDFMaker plugin, IE the Acrobat Ribbon.

  It may be that the PDF file is simply a graph. The highlight tool works on the text, not graphics. You may need to use the marker or another graphic tool.

• Cannot find the boxes with inlay of text that have been converted from Quark

  Hi all.  It's kind of a weird one.  I have a lot of documents that have been converted to different versions of Quark to Indesign CS5.5.  I need to find all the text boxes that have a 0.139 text inset, which seems to be the default for text boxes that have been converted from Quark that have text box.  I'll find/replace, choose the command object and set my search criteria for spacing to insert at 0.139, leaving all other criteria being. He comes back and says no matches found.  If I create a new document and test it, it works fine.  Is there something that I am missing?  What is a "bug" due to a converted Quark document? I tried to uncheck all the attributes object except inset spacing without result.

  Doing this by hand is VERY time consuming as you might imagine.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I think that your problem is with your conversion unit. 0,0139 inches do not match one point PostScript (it is equal to 1,0008 PostScript points). You should try the same method you were using, but rather try to enter "1 point" as your search query.

• PDF, flattening of dialogue when printing PDFs which is converted from PowerPoint presentations

  When you try to print certain PDF documents that have been converted from powerpoint to PDF, I get a dialogue flattening when printing. This dialogue takes forever and makes it almost impossible to print. I get that this dialogue in Adobe Reader X and that doesn't happen in other players (like FoxIt for example). How can I fix this in Reader X so it can't?

  The process used to convert presentations PowerPoint is to go to record and send, create the document (which opens in word), then save from Word to PDF.

  The problem is caused by transparent objects. The file must be flattened to print correctly. Player has no option for flattening and not the possibility to save the file in an image format that will ignore the transparent areas, but it can print the file as an image. In the print dialog box click on the Advanced button, and then select 'print picture '.  File will process without any additional latency time and print exactly as it appears on your screen.
