  Solution: I've worked with Oracle's Support team, and they were able to identify the node that should be removed from the register. Workspace then started and I am able to connect using the connection shared in SmartView... But there seems to be a problem with the rendering of web application in the browser (I still see JS errors); don't know if this is a related question...

  If you have installed cs6 install the subscription, it will capture your license CS6. Common sense would have been to disable CS6 before install CC as CS6 contains its own (and better kind) CS6 software with more upgrades and possibilities than the old version in a box.

  If you can not install CS6 with your own serial number for this reason, you will need to contact Adobe to reset the activations.

  By "stack" I assume you mean that the CD/DVD is 'stuck' in the player and you cannot get the drive to open it? The most important thing right now is to get the DVD from the drive. You have two options.

  1 / restart your PC and press the eject button on the CD/DVD drive to see if the drive open and release the CD/DVD. Normally, this should do the trick.

  2 / if my first option does not release the disc caddy, you will need a large paperclip and bend straight. Take a look at the front of your DVD drive and you should see a small hole. This is usually placed near the eject button. Make sure that your PC is off and you have removed the plug from the socket. Now insert the straigtened paper clip into the hole and the 'push' the draw caddy should now begin to open (or open completely). If it opens only paritally, then gently pull the draw caddy until it opens completely and then remove the CD/DVD. After removing the CD/DVD push the caddy draw lots to close. Be sure to gently push to clear the draw caddy.

  Maybe it's just a unique and the player will operate normally afterwards. If she keeps refusing to eject a CD/DVD, there may be something wrong with the CD/DVD unit itself.

• Lightroom cc 2015 does not open after installation today, 24/04/15

  Today, 24/04/15, downloaded and installed Lightroom cc 2015 on my machine WIN 7 Dell 8300 Desktop.  The icon appears on the desktop, but it does not open.  I find the .exe file and double clicked on it and it opens either.  The list of installed programs shows that Lightroom was installed today, but it does not open.  I am currently in Lightroom 5.x, Photoshop cc 2015 and they always start ok; they have been also updated this afternoon.  Anyone have the same experience and determine what needs to be done to correct the installation?

  I first downloaded the Premier and Photoshop of Dell Digital Download with a new computer.  He seemed to be installed and the opening screen appeared, but when I click on the side of the organizer of each software, it won't do anything.  Does not open.  No error message, it just does not open.  I contacted Dell and they reinstalled - who took many trials - and it has yet to open Organizer.  Then, we contacted Adobe, who has resumed the computer after we downloaded Adobe instead.   Can you please tell us what operating system you're running and which version of the elements you use.

  I'm going to assume that you use 64-bit on Windows 8.1 and using 12 items for now.

  The first screen you see normally has two or three options for the organizer and editors - which is the Welcome screen.

  I would like that you try to start the organizer directly, avoiding the Welcome screen.

  Go to your desktop and use the windows/Windows Explorer to locate the following file.

  "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Elements Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe 12.

  Double-click this file and see if it opens.

  I've written before last week. I bought Adobe Photoshop elements 11 and Adobe Premiere elements 11.

  I had a trial version of Photoshop elements 11 and with the code I could access the full version.

  
  However, Premiere Elements did not open after installation. I have a trial version, so I downloaded the full program. I went through the installation process and everything seemed ok, no error message. But when I tried to open Adobe Premiere Elements after you restart the computer, it did not open at all.
