  Looks like you have security enabled on your SIM card. You can disable this option to avoid to be invited for the PIN. Please see this article for more information. "" Enter PIN"is displayed when the BlackBerry smartphone is locked" KB18647

  You can disable this on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone in settings > privacy and security > SIM card > SIM Lock card PIN.

  Plug the phone to the USB port on pc, you will be prompted to install the Link software if is not already installed. Drivers will also be installed.

  I just upgraded the app World de BlackBerry of the application itself, and now the application icon has nothing inside but a square circle and triangle.  I can't open the application, clicking on it does nothing.  I am also unable to delete it and a security wipe + reboot of the phone is not helping.

  Hello BlackBerrians,
  I knew the World of BlackBerry app crashes when I try to run it on my Z10. I use a 100-2, with the OS 10.2.1.2102 STL. I get the message: "year error has occurred and BlackBerry World needs to close." Try to wait a few minutes and then reopen BlackBerry World'. This happened about a month now.
  I have to repeatedly open and close the application until it finally works. The updated OS that I applied was a small BlackBerry published approximately one month, there are or not. It is the only link I can associate with this error. Does anyone else know this problem? How can I solve it?

  I realized that when I swith off my WiFi connection and the use of the mobile data connection to connect to the BlackBerry World, it is not closing. I can then turn on the WiFi and continue normally. It's the work that I found about work. I'll use it until BlackBerry releases another update of its software OS10. Thanks for your help.

  I tried this code 10 times and now my camera works fine, but refuse to unlock the network

  I introduce the original SIM card, but it will not unlock the net work. I can't use my phone, even with my Orange SIM card

  What can I do?

  After ten attempts have been used, you only a few choice to unlock the device.

  There are three ways and only three, to achieve this goal.

  * Purchase a MEP code MEP unlocking unlock Internet provider. Be wise and be sure to buy one with a good reputation and good reviews and comments.

  * IF your unit is under warranty, contact your technical support service provider. Tell them that you have this problem that needs to be remounted at the RIM customer service level.   My blackberry world works now and I did not do anything else to do the sorting. It seems that regular maintenance is done about it. I would have been nice for us users of BlackBerry phones to be kept informed when there is a scheduled maintenance just if we are aware and in an emergency and we can not use phones...

  I recently transferred my 9930 for the Z10 files via my media card. Now, I would like to remove any non-media card so that they are not consume space. This work in connecting with Blackberry link and simply removing the files from the card I don't want there? When I saved the Z10 link BB I don't see a way of looking at the map on the screen of my Mac media. Also, should I still keep the old BB Desktop Software on my computer? The Z10 using the BB link exclusively to standard processes?

  You can turn on the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone mass storage mode and display the map of media on the MAC as a removable hard drive. On the Z10 BlackBerry smartphone go to settings > storage and access > USB Mass Storage.

  On its own? This is news. Security wipes do not occur "on their own." They are started by the user, by a COMPUTER administrator in a company, or BB Protect environment.

  Encryption must be disabled before wiping. If encryption is on, then the media card will be unavailable after the wipe. Read the article below:
