• Firefox has only display problems in the upper left region of only my Dell U3011 monitor; the monitor does not have these problems with any other application

  Some parts of the Firefox window are translucent, allowing the image of the desktop to show through. These regions are anything but great internet site central image which behaves normally. Unless the desktop is completely black this problem makes reading the tabs, address bar and the bookmark are difficult if not impossible. I encounter this problem only on my new Dell U3011 monitor. Firefox is the only application that has this issue on the Dell monitor. The monitor built into the laptop that animates the Dell monitor does not exhibit this problem. • Re-installed windows 98SE on satellite 230CX only one problem left

  I have just re installed windows 98SE on and old satellite 230CX and I only have one problem left. Whenever I start windows it is a plug-and-play monitor and try to find a driver for it. There is no connected another monitor and the screen works well. I know this isn't a major problem, but it's just bugging me now.

  Try to install the driver display that there are listed. This is a very old unit and I can't tell you more about your problem.

• Only intermittent problem with wifi on alienware m17x with qualcomm wireless killer

  Hi, I have an alienware M17x with windows 8.1 and qualcomm wireless killer. I have a serious problem with intermittent wifi, that appears when I use programs like Skype, steam, multiplayer games, etc.

  Even if the wifi is connected, the connection suddenly stops working sometimes, especially when I use the applications mentioned above. (if I try to load a Web page during this time, the page remains attached to "resolving host"). Strange thing is if I disconnect and reconnect to the wifi Internet starts working immediately. Or I can wait a few minutes and the connection is re-established automatically. This isn't a problem with the network, because I had this problem on countless wifi networks I've worked, and all my other devices work fine in the same time, that my laptop no longer works.

  Additionally, this problem occurs only on wifi, if I use a connection cable, this never happens. (this is not yet a case of the wifi signal strength, as happens even when I am sitting right next to wifi router and wifi in the notification area icon is visible full signal).

I thought that it could be linked and gave me some hope that I might be able to target the cause of this unique problem. Therefore, I post here. If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated!

• Start of LifeDrive screen only (start problem)

  I'm Bashir Ahmad, who Plamone LifeDrive. Today, when the LifeDrive is fully charged and wanted to turn it on. After pressing the power button, it only shows the start screen. It seems that it is not booting (windows terminology). And crashes at startup displays "PLAMONE".

  What I did:

  (1) the reset button is pressed again the same problem.

  (2) connected with PC running Windows XP Professional, the first screen of the computer finds a ball near the clock indicating the new device, but after awhile, he says "unrecognized USB device".

  (3) when it is connected automatically to the adopter AC only shows the splash screen and not pass to load the operating system.

  Please tell me how can solve this problem starting?

  Hello Bachir and welcome on Palm forums.

  You might be stuck in a loop of reset which sometimes happens when a file system is wrong and corrupts.  If the Palm logo appears then device restarts and then is displayed again, what reset loop behaves like.  If this is happening, a hard reset may solve your problem.  A hard reset will clear all in the main memory of the LD and the LifeDrive partition and reset the device to default factory settings.  To restore the PIM data you need to HotSync the device.  The content of the partition of LifeDrive should be reloaded manually from your computers.

  If you do not hear the micro hard drive turns, it is possible that the 4 GB hard drive has failed.  (I saw a few customers that their readers have failed over the last two weeks of the declaration).

  Haben reibungslos everything so sharp. Mir of're kommt leider vor so, als ob Adobe Photoshop ab dem operating system OS X Yosemite 10.10.x some problem bei mir only Arbeitsphasen bereitet.

  Also, sehr nervenaufreibende problem sind mir in the last weeks / months aufgefallen:

  (Komischerweise nur nach von langen Arbeitszeiten und bei Arbeitsdokumenten bigger...)

  1 Wergzeug - Selection "Uberholt" einen Klick lasso versetzt ist.

  Die Anzeige der Lasso Linie ist nicht visible sondern das Programm atmosphere wenn ich das next Polygonelement high.

  2 Bereichsreperaturwerzeug "repariert" erst bei einem Klick further

  Quick ahnlich wie das problem Nummer Eins. ICH klicke auf einen Bereich, den ich möchte retuschieren. Bereich wird markiert aber nicht, sondern erst wenn ich will anders hin klick atmosphere PS.

  Leider kann ich dir bei den nicht helfen, aber ich habe sharp und ebenfalls similar problems. Ich bin auch im Besitz "PS Extended Version".

  Sharp Fehler sind nicht und auf die Dauer auch extrem nerve really. Macht Das Arbeiten so keinen Spass und wird zu einer Qual.

  DAS Zurucksetzen der Voreinstellungen hat leider auch nichts gebracht.

  Ware uber eine Hilfestellung very thankful!

• AVI files - no video, only sound problem

  I'm affected by some very strange and _very_ annoying problems with my Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 software - my. AVI files have no video.

  I recorded a lot of video for a remake of the video on my camera: Toshiba Camileo X 100 HD (720p60frames).

  I the play well in Windows Media Player and VLC Media Player and others, but when I import into first, I get only audio - video NO.

  I've been searching around the Internet for a solution - but found - it really gets on my nerve as I look forward to edit my video .

  The solution that would work, was Super (a conversion program) to download and convert my AVI files into MP4, h.264/AVC with AAC LC codec, but it will take years, and I'm also having difficulties in finding good quality video as the original file - ergo, I don't want to lose quality when converting. Convert all my files will take years - got about 10 GB - and I only see this as an emergency solution.

  I bet that there MUST be a fix for this, and my AVI files may work correctly for Adobe CS5 first. I need help - please help!

  p.s. I'll just say that I work with files before AVI, another project, but these cases recorded with FRAPS on my computer.

  There are; transcoding is a waste of time, space and quality:

  1. Download and install VLC.
  2. In the folder containing your AVI files, create a new text document, called "avi2mp4.bat" (without the quotes). Be sure he has the. BAT extension. you need to remove the. TXT extension, which is added by default.
  3. Paste the following text in the command file, and then save it:

  4. To run the package, simply double-click, or you can drag and drop the AVI files on it, and they will be repackaged as MP4s with the same name as the original. If you use the approach drag / move, you can save this file anywhere on your hard drive, and all the files dropped on it will be converted and placed in the same folder as the original.

  That's all. The MP4s properly is important in the first, and you will no transcoding.

  There is something about the way you have generated the code for Fireworks. I have
  spent about an hour on this and if I isolate the tables containing the
  navigation elements, everything seems fine in preview before printing. The same thing
  breaks if I keep the entire page together.

  I can only suggest that, instead of slices of so many menu items
  Fireworks and exporting, do large slices. Your intention may only
  for example, the word 'Home' is for the link href while that the area around it
  should not be part of the link, and that's why you sliced images in
  These small slices. I suggest to use larger slices and let the whole
  slice to serve as a link.
  For the horizontal menu, each element is nested in a table whose width = 145px.
  Instead of using many small elements and spacers, just do a slice
  for each menu point and keep 145px wide. Will give you a leaner code and
  would solve your problems.
  The same for the vertical menu, cut a slice for each menu item and keep

  Three of my Apple keyboard (A1242-2 and 1-A1314 Bluetooth stopped working at the same time, leaving a very old work M2452 (USB).

Exchanged all USB ports for devices (keyboard and a trackball), but it doesn't seem to be a problem USB "stall".
