  Whenever the router is turned off and turned on, the printer loses the configuration of the wireless network and I must choose the wireless network and re-enter the password.

  It seems to be all right with the wired Ethernet network which I use at the moment.

  What could I have done wrong to the wireless configuration?

  I guess that the printer cannot get the IP address of the DHCP server on the router after reset of the power.  So I try give it a static IP address.  I don't seem to be able to set a static IP address for configuring wireless on the printer either.

  The troubleshooting steps would be determined by a few factors with the printer.

  Try the following article, and then through the proper path to try the mentioned troubleshooting steps.

  One of the steps you mentioned seems half valid. When you turn off the printer, you want to ensure you disconnect everything and then to wait 60 seconds. By disconnecting all that you allow the priner to discharge completely before returning. If the printer is connected during this time there is always a current electricity flowing to the machine.

  Try scanning with picture Capture in your Applications folder.  Click the scanner on the left, click View details in the lower part to reveal a bunch of settings on the right side.

• Printer and job stuck in the machine

  I have windows 7 64 bit and a HP Laserjet 1022.

  Everything worked normally until yesterday. I tried to print a PDF file and the spooler does not work anymore.  Could not cancel printing. Spooler restarted and after a few tries (start stop restart), I was able to delete the printer.

  When I reinstalled the printer (after a cold start) pasted work reappeared in the queue. Tried to run fixit, no joy. FixIt has reported the correction of a problem, Windows would not print to the printer.

  Any thoughts?

  It turned out that there was a problem with the PDF file. It appeared when I tried to print using another computer and a printer.

  Although a virus scan detected nothing wrong, deleted the file from the machine as soon as I was able to delete the printer, clear the queue, reinstall the printer and everything worked again.

  I have never seen anything like this before.

  After execution of HP print and Scan doctor, the print queue is cleared, I print the document again and it will work only once.  Next time I want to print, I have to restart the HP print and scan doctor, and then reprint the document.

  I understand that you have some problems with the printing of your Windows 7 PC to your printer Laserjet M1319. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. If your printer is connected via USB cable to your PC, delete.
  2. Click on start and open devices and printers.
  3. Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
  4. Click on remove the instrument.
  5. Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
  6. Click Start, in your type of Services Research and open Component Services.
  7. On the left, click Services (Local).
  8. On the right, do a right-click on print spooler.
  9. Click on stop.
  10. Open your drive C:\, Windows, System 32, coil, and printers.
  11. Delete everything in this folder.
  12. Return to the Component Services window.
  13. Right-click on print spooler.
  14. Click Start.
  15. If you removed the USB cable, connect. If this is not the case, go back to the devices and printers and click Add printer to add a new queue for your printer.

  Our screen goes black after being left idle for some time.  The only recourse is to turn it off.  The keyboard does not (without CTRL-ALT-DEL).  I tried to return to the previous registry spot without success.  Any ideas?

  I want to clarify if your computer seems to be sleeping or it completely closed after being idle for a while.

  Method 1: If the computer is in power saving mode, check if you can wake the computer from this State by moving the mouse or pressing any key on the keyboard.

  Method 2: Change the power to another and check to see if the problem persists
  Change, create, or delete a power plan (scheme)

  Method 3: check the logs in event viewer for more information on auto-off down
