• messages from the queue for IPCC Express 4.0

  When I have callers in a queue, I want them to hear a message/music for 30 seconds. After the 30 second interval, I want to play another message asking the caller if they continue to maintain - or leave a message. If they continue to hold, I want to keep playing the message/music to the point it was stopped before. Is this possible? Anyone could do this?

  To clarify, I am able to play the music/message on hold - I am just unable to regain it back where it was stopped.

  Well, it's a delicate question. If you use the steps to hold/unhold to read music/message is not possible.

  If you want to use .wav files and stage play quickly, you have to manually to splice the message/music in separate files and play like that.

  Please evaluate the useful messages.

• Third of the reporting tools for IPCC Express?

  Someone has some good suggestions for reporting for IPCC Express tools with tool included historical reports? I need to provide more robust outbound reports, and most of the historical relationship is centered on incoming calls. So I was wondering if there are some 3rd part there tools that offer better reporting box. We could develop our own with the Crystal, but I'm looking for something more 'out of the box. Thank you!

  You missed to type exactly what says the photo at the top of the first window I had open to you.

  You typed the name of the product by typing the name of full patch available for you.  "Microsoft SQL Server 2005".  This is the product that is the update for.

  This site, the site of Windows/Microsoft updates and - well - any web site of Microsoft is not * my * web site.  Like you and many others who ask questions and answers on this forum, I am just a user of the products in question.  You do not normally talk to Microsoft in any direct way (or representative) in these forums.  There are Microsoft employees that could pop and answer a few questions here and there-, but for the most part paert - just people devote time and knowledge freely.

  Now, back to your question.  Looking at article in the Knowledge Base Microsoft (KB) for the update that you say is offered:

  Could be the reason that this particular update is offered.

  As a general rule, given you have Windows XP, would you install updates critics/high-priority updates from Microsoft, or Microsoft/Windows Update web site.  The optional parameter is only... As an option.  Most of the people here would agree - you should avoid all non - Microsoft drivers for hardware devices available from automatic updates from Microsoft, or Microsoft/Windows Update web site.

  -If you install this update?  Yes.

  Why?  You have the a product mentioned above installed and it needs patches.

  What happens if you have trouble to install the update?  The web page I've linked to the KB article has a section "Troubleshooting Windows update issues" - use if you have problems with this update of Windows.

  After years without problem, the dropdown menus for the "record" and other titles at the top of outlook express do not appear.

  You may have a damaged identity especially if it's the default main identity. File | Identities | Add the new identity. Create a new one and try it. If all goes well, you can import your messages and address book from the old identity and delete it.

  Note: Do not use the main word in the name of the new identity.

  If you store your expression in a text layer (named "expression_layer" in this example), you can run it with the function JavaScript eval(), like this:

  I have a client who is re-installation of their software of IPCC on a newer server. Can they install OS worm 2000.2.7 more service packs first, or what I need to install a version (2000.2.5) earlier, install IPCC Express 3.5.3 and then upgrade the operating system?

  With IPCC Express 3.5, the standby server cold is an exact copy of the IPCC Express primary server. Therefore, you will need to make a copy of the license file and load on the backup server during the installation. Because you create the good image miroring RAID. A copy of the license file will be automatically copied to.

  As the standby server cold is an exact copy of the primary, including the IP address, only the primary or standby mode can be active on the network at any time.

  I enclose a link to the design of IPCC Express 3.5 guide. Please refer to the call of the "Design for high availability Considerations" section. Page 34 describes exactly what it takes to configure the standby server cold.

  If you are sure that you are using to see OE these to be sure it is set as default.

  Control Panel | Add/Remove programs. Set Program Access and Defaults. Custom + down arrow | Select the option for Outlook Express.
