  Please check if there is an empty paragraph between paragraph style Drop Down the legend and the paragraph with the style of Drop Down Body in the FrameMaker document. For RoboHelp, to recognize the link between the two, Drop Down body paragraph must immediately follow the Drop Down Caption paragraph. Avoid any empty paragraph between the two.

  Where you are up to?  You have installed the Desktop Application Manager?  And if so, where is the progress bar up to?   Only the forst half applies for download, so if there halfway and frozen, is the installation that is causing problems.

  What operating system do you use?

  Any other information and more in detail?  All this will help.

  Hello peterronald, many site problems can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. To try to solve these problems, the first step is to clear cookies and cache.
  Note: This will be you temporarily disconnect all sites, you're connected to.
  To clear the cache and cookies to do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > history > clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is displayed) go to tools > clear recent history.

  I had to replace my drive and therefore need to reinstall CS5 Design Standard on my machine. Thought I'd be able to download the demo version and enter my product serial number, but I looked through the forum - and isn't the only link for download of CS5, I found work. It is the only link I found:

• 'Click to edit all the properties' does not not in Dreamweaver CC for padding/margins

  Whenever I try to use the option "Click to change all the properties" in Dreamweaver CM³ (the link icon of string in the middle of the box of Magin/Padding), it never seems to work. Or should I use the abbreviation CSS, it lists, up, down, left and right margins/padding separately no matter if I have the chain linked or broken link icon.  If I set it up to connect the four sides, and enter a value in the top, nothing happens on the other sides. It's not until I enter a value towards the bottom it auto fills in the other two sides. Anyone else having this problem?

  I am unable to reproduce the problem where the link in the chain does not update the 4 values all. This works well for me.

  Go to Dreamweaver-> preferences on a Mac or Edition-> Preferences Windows and go to the section of CSS Styles. If the check box for margin and padding is defined, then you will get a code shortcut otherwise it will not.

  I had this same question posted under Outlook but was advised to post it under Windows...
  I use windows xp professional outlook express and the body of the email will not be printed.  The printer works well with other programs and the title of the print emails.  I does not matter if I try to print starting from the preview pane, or open the email and try to print from there.  All the settings are the same as they were while he was working.  We use a printer HP Officejet Pro 8500 has.  I have forwarded this email to my son who also uses xp and outlook and print with all the problems.  I made a diagnosis on the printer and it says it's in good working condition.  From now the only way to print an email is to copy in word and print it from there.  Any thoughts?

  Method 1: Clear the Auto-select option for encoding.

  a. open the message.

  b. click view in the menu bar.

  c. point to encoding , and then clear the auto-select Option.
