WRT160N not to throw the signal

I had this router for over a year and it's been perfect. I came home yesterday and the power was out.  I have this router on a protective power and battery if I don't think it's a problem.

None of my laptops can find a signal... it's like the 'radio' for the router is off. my laptop sees other signals in the beautiful neighborhood and they can connect to them and to the Internet.

I have a computer connected to the router via a cable and it works fine.

How to make before the return signal on?

Since I have the same router, here is where you change the SSID. Make sure you click on save settings when finished!

  • MacBook Pro will not play on the old stereo amplifier

    I'm playing together stereo music from Spotify or Youtube on an old.  I have my Macbook pro connected to speakers Audio Engine A2 (with integrated DAC) via the USB port.  Then form of the output of the A2s RCA cables go into my old fisherman amplifier CA-876 connected to NHT 2.5I speakers.  Music comes from the A2s but not the NHTs.  The counter on the sinner is not moving, it seems that the amp is not picking up the signal.  Thank you very much for the help!

    If you play other audio such as system sounds or local audio files it works there? If you connect the outputs of A2 to something that works? If you connect something else in the entrance of the Fisher does it work?

  • low Harmonic frequencies in the signal strength

    Hi all

    I try to know what are the causes of noise in my signal, whether it's a faulty hardware or my lack of knowledge.

    The system that I'm actually consist of two engines not to not (parker HV232) that provide the uprising due to frost harmonic + pitch motion with phase shift of 90 degrees (a kind of movement of fish tail beat). I have a load cell 3 - axes attached to the shaft of the motor, pitch, and it measures up, drag and torque on a plateau which oscillates in the tunnel water (oscillation is provided by these two Steps). Tunnel to provide the incoming stream.

    Signals of strength are captured through SG-23 + PXI-6221 daq card, I put the gain on the last of them to +/-200 mV for better resolution.

    When the engines are turned off, the noise level on the static signal is the threshold of resolution, and nothing strange is not shown in the signal, and its ghosts.

    The problems begin when I initialize the motion on the steppers, FFT of the watch signal of the low frequency spikes that are exact multiplies the frequency of oscillation, I have attached a PDF for example.

    Disengage amplifier/filter which was suggested by manufacturing, and suspect I have observed could be due to this I'm not sure at 100%. The VI I use filter band-pass data in the 0.2 to 6 Hz, but somehow I can still see noise beyond 6 Hz.

    I was wandering perhaps someone has experience with similar issues and can suggest a solution on how to get rid of these harmonics.

    Thanks in advance

    I'm not an expert in the dynamics of the tunnel, but from what you say, it looks like they can't be noise but components generated due to the rotation of a mechanical Assembly. Normally people refer to these harmonics in the form of 'order', which means that they are a multiple of the frequency of rotation.

    So maybe it's the attacker

    1. check by an expert (the one that includes the mechanical system that you are using) that to the point where you measure the force will not get the components of the order.

    2. understand what exactly is the measurand. What exactly do you want to do with the measured signal (RMS, FFT etc..) Then you will be able to figureout if components of the order may affect your measurement.

    During filtration, the attenuation in the band determines how fast the signals will be thinning of the hard shoulder.

  • Cannot receive the SIGNAL of webView.

    I have a class that creates a webview in c ++ and is responsible in qml.  However, you may not receive all the signals (for example, loadingChanged) of webview

    Here is the c ++

    {BrowserLogin::BrowserLogin()}

    Container * Container = rootContainer:: create();

    webView_ = new WebView();

    rootContainer-> add (webView_);

    setRoot (rootContainer);

    Connect (webView_, SIGNAL (navigationRequested(WebNavigationRequest*)), this, SLOT (navigationRequested(WebNavigationRequest*)));

    Connect (webView_, SIGNAL (loadingChanged(WebLoadRequest*)), this, SLOT (loadingChanged (WebLoadRequest *)));

    }

    QString BrowserLogin::url() {}

    returnurl_;

    }

    void BrowserLogin::setUrl (QString url) {}

    URL_ = url;

    If (! url_.isEmpty ()) {}

    webView_-> setUrl (url_);

    }

    }

    void BrowserLogin::navigationRequested (WebNavigationRequest * request) {}

    }

    void BrowserLogin::loadingChanged (bb::cascades:WebLoadRequest * loadRequest) {}

    }

    And QML

    import bb.cascades 1.0

    import browser.login.lib 1.0

    {Page}

    string myUrl property: "http://www.google.com"

    URL: gasUrl

    }

    }

    }

    }

    It loads the Web page and shows in the scrollView correctly, but just can't get any SIGNAL of webview.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Tyler

    Thank you, this could be a decent solution.

    I understand the problem of signal webview.  I have miseds the full qualified type in the call to connect, it should be

    BB::Cascades:WebNavigationRequest * instead.

    Another developer has actually had the same problem before.

  • ConfigFree does not show the intensity of the signal

    ConfigFree works properly - except that the Wifi strength is displayed at the highest level for all sources, regardless of how effective. (as it is deducted from the source location and the signal strength indicated by the utility windows)
    I.e. all access points are on the inner ring.

    I am running Vista on a Portege M400 with Configfree version 7.0.0.24 and Intel 3945abg driver 11.1.0.86. I got the Intel proset utility loaded, but they would not show the signal strength at all. So I unloaded it.

    I tried rolling back the drivers for the driver Wifi and Configfree with no change in behavior.

    Any suggestions at all would be welcome.

    Rod Laird Australia

    Hello Rod

    I use Vista on my Satellite last Vista designed ConfigFree utility, but I never noticed the signal WIFI is displayed there. Can you please explain exactly where this signal must be shown?

    When connected to WIFI, you can see the small symbol in the task bar but this symbol belongs to Vista and the symbol of the strength of the signal is also visible in Vista network and sharing Center.

    Sorry but I do not see this symbol in Configfree directly. When my laptop is connected to WIFI all I see in ConfigFree is connected (blue) status and the connection between PC icon and black (marked as G) WLAN. It is also interesting that the small blue animation moves along that black line.

    All that s!

  • Linksys Router WRT160N - Wireless does not connect to the cable modem

    I installed the Linksys WRT160n router to replace an existing G router. When installed the new wireless router works, but the router does not receive a connection (IP address - look under status) of the cable modem (so no internet). When I reconnect the old router and then connect the new router, I get any internet connection through two routers (so the old dishes router the IP address that accepts the new router).

    I have configured the router N new for

    "Automatic configuration - DHCP", no need for connection, IP address dynamic, etc (as required by ISP - Timewarner)

    I tried to renewal and release IP address by the router N when it is connected directly to the main switch (the switch to connect to the cable modem). In so doing, shouldn't that assign a new IP address to the router?

    I am allowed 3 IPs from the cable company (because of the switch) and I use all three with three different internet IP cameras to each address for home security system.

    Any suggestions on why the router is not connecting to the internet? Do I need to reboot physically everything on the network, including the cable modem?

    If I understand your post, you said that your ISP gives you 3 Internet IP addresses and you have 3 cameras that use one of these Internet IP addresses.  If this is correct, then that leaves no IP Internet address for your WRT160N use - so that would explain why your WRT160N cannot get an Internet connection.

    If I misread your post, and you have an Internet IP address available for the WRT160N, you might have a problem with your modem and two WRT160N tries to use the same 192.168.1.x subnet.  To check this, follow these steps:

    (1) Please indicate addresses that use your cameras (IE before you take the test below).  If the addresses do not begin with 192.168, then erase the last half of each address.

    (2) Please indicate your ISP

    (3) Please indicate the make and exact model of your modem (not the WRT160N) number.

    (4) Please do the following test:

    Put your entire network.  Disconnect the switch (including cameras) to the modem.  Using an ethernet cable, connect your modem directly to your computer.  (Do not use the WRT160N for this test).  Turn on the modem and the computer.  Make sure you have an active Internet connection, then go ahead with what follows: (even if your Internet connection does not work, include this and move forward.)

    Go to 'Start' > all programs > Accessories > command prompt.
    A black DOS window will appear. Type "ipconfig/all" (with no quotes), and press the Enter key.   Copy all results in your next post.  To make the copy, highlight the results, and then use the keys copy (Ctrl-c) and paste (Ctrl-v) keys.  If your "IP address" does not begin with 192.168, then for security reasons, delete the latter half of your IP address.

  • When you use Device.device.os, it throws error #1079: native methods are not allowed in the loaded code.

    Hi all

    When I tried to use the Device.device.OS to get the string from the bone. It is compiled smoothly. But it throws error when the application started on my desk.

    Error #1079: Native methods are not allowed in the loaded code.

    It does not error in the emulator, but he did not get the chain of the OS.

    Someone knows how to use the device class? Is it still not currently supported?

    Thank you very much!

    Error #1079: Native methods are not allowed in the loaded code.

    This error is thrown on the desktop because your qnx - air.swc is probably in the process of fusion as code instead of being tied to your project as external. The reason who need to be external is that it contains classes that exist in the execution of AIR in the Simulator and not in the AIR runtime on your desktop. The device classes use the custom air extensions we wrote to get the properties of the device.

    If you want just the operating system, you can also use the Capabilities.os, which is a standard API Flash Player and does not require the use of custom extensions.

    My guess on why it does not work on the device thus is that the qnx - air.swc is not defined externally. Return to externally set and run it in the Simulator.

    Hope that helps

    Julian
