WRT54G is more passing along internet

Recently, my router (WRT54G ver2) wireless, has stoppped by the way the internet along at the PC its connected directly and also for laptops in the House you connect wireless.  I can't understand why this is.  Currently, I have disconnected the ethernet cable from the router and now connected it the cable modem directly to the PC, as it's the only way I can get online.  Any ideas?

  • WRT54GS does not connect to Internet

    My Linksys wireless router was working fine until the other day when I was using wireless on my laptop and my connection Internet says 'Access Local.'  At first, I thought it was a problem with my ISP (Comcast), so I called them and power cycling the modem, the router and the laptop.  No dice.  When I connect the modem directly to the laptop, however, the Internet worked well.  Even when I ran the cable Ethernet from the modem to the Internet port in the back of my Linksys router and another cable to port 1 on the back of the router to the Ethernet port on my laptop, I still could not access the Internet.  When I wire the modem directly in my router and my router directly into my laptop, I can't do a ping IP address of the router in command prompt, but I'm still not able to ping google.com or Completel.net Ecritel.net.  I can access my online Router Configuration page to verify the settings, and I've even updated the firmware on my router successfully.  I tried the hard reset (30/30/30), but I was still only a local connection.  I do not have an active firewall, I do not use proxies, and all the lights are coming the router as they should.  I'm running out of options, but I prefer to see if there is anything else I can do before going out and blowing up another $60 on a router.  I've had this one for a couple of years - that is their average life expectancy?  I'd appreciate any help you might be able to provide.  Here are the IP configuration with the computer connected directly to the modem settings:

  • OfficeJet 8600 more: Fax by internet

    I have my Officejet Pro 8600 more connected to our home for the fax phone.  I want to get rid of the phone.  Is it possible to send and receive faxes on the 8600 online?

    Hey @kgarry,

    I understand that you ask about fax without a phone of your Officejet Pro 8600 line. It is possible to fax without a phone through a paid service called eFax line. You can visit their Web page for more information.

    If you look at a free service that allows you to receive documents, then you install a feature called ePrint.  This allows people to documents by e-mail at your address email of the printer. Emails sent to the printer will automatically display. You can visit this page for more information on ePrint.

    If you have further questions about ePrint or want assistance with the service then please post questions here.

    I hope this helps and I hope you enjoy your weekend!

  • Page is more focused in Internet Explorer after adding the div around the page

    I am teaching Dreamweaver.

    Here's the context: I modified the page properties to focus successfully. Then I wrap a div autour p [era with a CSS that gives the upper inner margin of 30 px. That's when IE shows the paginated centered for a 1/2 second then it becomes left-aligned. If I refresh the page, it centered. FF and Chrome have also no problem. Everthing is also good in DW preview, he'll just left aligned when I download.

    My first page is OK, but the other three Center in Internet Explorer.  www.silverlightprod.com

    Personally, I would delete all margins and the bgcololor of the body tag. The background color has already been made with your CSS as follows

  • With the current caveat regarding internet explorer, your search engine 'google' is safe? If this is not the case, what would the search engine more safe?

    Same as above. I am concerned by the help of internet explore right now. I would like your answer.

    Firefox is a browser, not a search engine. Also, Internet Explorer is a browser, not a search engine. Google is a search engine (even if they make a browser called Chrome). Firefox is more secure than Internet Explorer, and you should consider moving to this full time. But Google is just a search engine used by Firefox to help you better use the internet and has nothing to do with the security of Firefox in general.

  • Casting of object type to aid to more specific

    Hello

    I'm bit stuck in the legacies of the class in my current project. I implement a zero-coupling messaging architecture that uses variant tables to store objects to be cast to sample.

    The good news: it works in general, little we take a peek at some photos

    I tried the script of coulee before using an example that works as expected.

    Shows probe resulting:

    The Message of abstract [14] is cast to the more specific Message for the controller test [15], [9]

    Now, this implementation with the variants table, change things unfrotunately:

    The only thing that apparently changes is, as the class to be cast to a return value of a Subvi (actually reading the table variant) [12].

    As shown in the probe that the casting does not work this time... There is also no error on the terminal error.

    I have to admit, I'm quite confused... especially because in another class this exact methodiolgy works...

    Any thoughts?

    See you soon

    Oli

    Cast throws more specific to the type of object shown on the thread in the IDE, regardless of the type of the actual object passing along this thread (i.e. type of YARN and not DATA type).

    I bet that your wire to the Center terminal of the 'to more specific' is a son of the same type as the object you are trying to change but actually a more specific object.  The 'Cast to more specific"is a compiling decision, not a decision of execution. As such it takes the type of thread, not the object type for the casting.

    Look at the names on the left of your probes, they are all the same in the example below (all wires are nominally of the same type).  It's the onfo LV casting (assuming the names corresponding to the nominal type of the thread) not use content REAL of the wire.

    Shane.

    PS to make things clearer, give each hierarchy in your legacy a different aspect of wire.

  • Select / option with cfquery - how to pass the value selected in the downform field

    I have a form that has a drop-down list selection/basic option using a cfquery result.  I would use the value that the user selects to pre-fill an editable field "title" more far along on the form.  For example:

    < do action = "" index.cfm? fuseaction = sendEmail "method ="POST"name ="email_approval"enctype =" multipart/form-data">"
    < table width = '500' border = "1" cellspacing = "0" cellpadding = "2" align = "center" >
    < b >
    < td align = "left" > request ID: < table >
    < td align = "left" width = "100" > < b > < cfoutput > #RequestId # < / cfoutput > < / b > < table >
    < td align = "left" > Application: < table >
    < td align = "left" width = "400" > < b > < cfoutput > #this_request.app_abbrev # < / cfoutput > < / b > < table >
    < td align = "left" > WR / RD #: < table >
    < td align = "left" width = "400" > < b > < cfoutput > #this_request.request_number # < / cfoutput > < / b > < table >
    < /tr >
    < b >
    < td align = "left" > Email Type: < table >
    < td align = "left" colspan = "2" >
    < select name = "approval_type" size = "1" >
    < cfoutput query = "approval_types" >
    < option value = "" #approval_types.approval_descrip # "style =" do-size: 8pt "> #approval_types.approval_descrip # < / option >"
    < / cfoutput >
    < / select >
    < table >
    < td align = "left" > < table >
    < td align = "left" > Date: < table >
    < td align = "left" > < b > < cfoutput > #dateformat (Now (), ' MM/DD/YYYY') # < / cfoutput > < / b > < table >
    < /tr >

    < cfset subjectLine = "#RequestId #" & "" & "Request approval" and the "#approval_types.approval_descrip #" >
    < script type = "text/javascript" language = "JavaScript" >
    < cfoutput >
    var #toScript (subjectLine, "jsLine") #.
    < / cfoutput >
    < /script >

    < script type = "text/javascript" language = "JavaScript" >
    setValue() function
    {
    document.getElementById('subject').value = jsLine;
    }
    < /script >

    < b >
    < td align = "left" > subject: < table >
    < td align = "left" colspan = "5" >
    "< b > < input type ="Text"name ="topic"required ="Yes"size ="70"maxlength = onClick =" setValue () "70"; ' > < / b >
    < table >
    < /tr >
    .......

    When the user gets to the field for the object the onClick préremplira the field with the value combined with < cfset subjectLine = "#RequestId #" & "" & "#approval_types.approval_descrip #" & "Application for leave" >.  regardless of what is selected, it uses the first element in the query list because it is what is rendered when the form is loaded (who won).  I tell me that I need an onChange event of javascript for the select statement for the drop, but can not find a way to pass this variable javascript back to form CF.  Any ideas, or am I stuck?

    Thanks in advance for your ideas!

    Unless you use a more recent version of CF (I think 7 or 8-9), in which case if the form is a FORM, and then select is a CFSELECT, and the fields are CFINPUT, you can use BIND = "" in the CFINPUTs to detect the @change of the CFSELECT and fill accordingly. "

    ^_^

    PS: I love JavaScript, I'm a JScriptin' fool, sometimes... but if this can be managed by CF, why not?  (shrug)
