WUT-121: the file transfer has been banned by the administrator

Hi all
I use * "Forms [32 bit] Version 11.1.1.1.0 (Production)" * & I'm trying to transfer a file from my application server on the client computer using webutil.

Here is my procedure

l_success: webutil_file_transfer.AS_to_Client_with_progress =+.
* (clientFile = > ' C:\'|| fname |'. txt'*)
*, serverFile = > ' D:\ebiz1\home\pivot\'|| fname |'. txt'*.
*, progressTitle = > 'download of current Server Application. "
(*, progressSubTitle = > 'Please wait'); *

"but it gives this error continually *'WUT-121: the file transfer has been banned by the administrator."

Help, please

According to your code example, it seems you are trying to transfer a file to a drive of your computer to another drive on your computer.

(clientFile => 'C:\'||fname||'.txt'

, serverFile => ' D:\ebiz1\home\pivot\'|| fname |'. txt'

Either that or your application server is a WinTel computer.

As for your webutil.cfg there are a number of things that I noticed:
First of all, you specified: transfer.appsrv.write.1=C:\ebiz1\Home\Pivot under the directory of the writing, but your code even attempts to write to D:\ebiz1\home\pivot. What is the right directory? You can write to the directory specified in the webutil.cfg. That being the case, replace drive "D" drive "c".

Also, again depending on your webutil.cfg it seems that your application server is a WinTel box; can you confirm this? This webutil.cfg came your desktop or the application server?

Hope this helps,
Craig B-)

    Original title: laptop won't read the music files stored on external hard drive

    I have an old Compaq laptop Windows XP, so it was out of memory I transferred everything on a Portable Seagate (500 GB) hard drive and started to access it. It's worked well for over a year, but lately, began to stop playing my music files. Absolutely everything on the hard drive opens, however, images, files and folders, but when I go into Windows Media Player, it pops up with this error message:

    Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you try to read, burn or sync an item that is in your library, the element can point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted.
    I have not modified parameters or anything that moved. I used to be just able to restart the laptop, or disconnect and reconnect the hard drive and it works again, but now it or not will be not at all, or it will cut off half way through a song and then not to play anything more.
    I can't find any support for this problem because the phone reads that the hard drive is there, and everything else works. Only the music doesn't. I tried to play music on a connected USB and it works fine. I'm so confused!

    Lately I get the following message if poster every time that someone sends me an email with an attachment. I use to be able to display up to a few weeks before. the message is - Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you try to read, burn or sync an item that is in your library, the element can point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted.

    Does anyone have an idea on how I can display these attachments?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi fredleon,

    · What is the email client or webmail you are using?

    · What is the attachment file extension?

    · How do you open the attachment?

    · Is it by double-clicking or you choose open with option.

    a. save the attachment to the office,

    b. right-click on the file and select open with the option to open the attachment according to their file extension.

    Example: If the .docx file extension, then it is word document or .pdf, it's Adobe.

    You can get the extension of a file by right clicking on the file and go to properties

  • Your IP address has been banned by administrator

    When I try to access a link to YouTube address via Internet Exploer I am informed "your IP address has been banned by administrator. How to solve this problem?

    Thank you.

    If this isn't your ISP, then only 'administrator of the other' I can think of is the administrator of the site uload.to himself.  Unfortunately for you, the site does not list an e-mail address to contact the administrator - it provides a web form (which you will probably be blocked access to)--> http://uload.to/contact.html

    If this does not work and you really want to get on the site or ask the site administrator to unblock you, use a web proxy service like http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy/

    After TWO YEARS, someone should be able to give us a step by step, to "reconnect" an external, USB hard drive!  I unplugged and then plugged it, several times, without success.  I seem to have this problem with one of my disks USB, a Toshiba.  Access the drive through files Explorerer, seems to work, even if it is "disconnected". Historical files only has problems. Strange! Could it be the drive itself, or it is plugged in to the USB port?

    I had the same issue this morning and found a solution that worked for me.

    This post helped: Windows - historic community of 8 files windows does not recognize my drive hard iomega

    NOTE:

    -make a backup copy of the files you delete first! (just in case)

    -J' had deleted my old historical records from the files on the ext. HDD, so I lost no data. I can't guarantee that the ancient history of the file will be there if you remove the configuration files, as described below. In my opinion, it shouldn't happen, but since I have not tried, I can't guarantee that.

    After checking my disk for drive errors (none) and update the drivers (not not mandatory), I went to this location of records:

    C:\Users\your user folder\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\FileHistory\Configuration

    and remove the four files that were on it. Because they determine the configuration of the file history, when I ran the service once again, I could set up my drive as if it had never been used before. I started historic files, and it lets me choose my hard drive and run the backup as it should.

    Hi Nigel,

    1. Since when are you facing the issue?

    2 have you logged on a domain?

    3. do you have a security program installed on the computer?

    4 did you a recent software or changes to the material on the computer?

    Method 1:

    I suggest you to run a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

    Note: there is a risk of data loss if all the files are infected and which can be removed in the cleaning process.

    Method 2:

    If the problem persists, you can start the computer in safe mode and perform a clean boot.

    Step 1:

    Start your computer in safe mode

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Step 2:

    This could happen if one of the substantive programmes is in conflict with the proper functioning of your computer. To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

    Note: when you are finished troubleshooting, follow step 7, mentioned in the article to start the computer to a normal startup.
