x220i win 8 intermittent bluetooth

My bluetooth of samsung H3000 headset not working 15 minutes or more before he is lost. I put off and then on again to make it work. I reinstalled the bluetooth broadcom compared to the original. No change. Anyone else having problems with bluetooth?

Win 8

Looks like I have found a solution: use only receiver audio optoin in respect of the services, the material properties of hs3000 headphones. Leave the hands free telephony and the unchecked remote services.

go figure.

    Hello

After the installation of Windows 8.1, you must install drivers Toshiba Windows 8.1 in the right installation order!
I recommend you to check the thread posted by Francesco on Win 8.1 upgrade.

    [- Update Windows 8.1 - information page - IMPORTANT!-| http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=73691]

  • Intermittent Bluetooth on Portege R500

I have a hardware problem intermittent with the Bluetooth adapter in my two - month, Portege R500 and I would appreciate any comments or second opinions before you attack me it as a warranty issue.

I use a Bluetooth mouse with my R500 and it was fine for the first five weeks. Then I kept noticing that the mice would be dead for a few seconds at a time. Whenever it happens that the machine does the 'Vista' connect device or its "disconnect device" (a kind of twang). Since yesterday, it has reached the point where there are about ten twang events an hour but the Bluetooth remains ever work for more than a few seconds.

I found that an easy way to monitor the issue is to disable the external Bluetooth devices (to totally eliminate their effects), leave open device with the Bluetooth expanded element Manager and increase the volume up to hear the "twang" that signals an event of default. Every time that happens refresh the window Dev man and objects reappear or disappear from the entrance of Bluetooth. When everything is ok the following five recommendations are present, but now, for most of the time, there are only RFCOMM.

    a? ¢ RFBNEP Bluetooth
    a? ¢ RFBUS Bluetooth
    a? ¢ Bluetooth RFCOMM
    a? ¢ RFHID Bluetooth
    a? ¢ Bluetooth USB Controller-5 at Toshiba

When I run the diagnostics of Bluetooth for 'check communication with Bluetooth device' translates 'bankrupt '. The Bluetooth stack was originally v5.10.14 (T). I replaced it with the 6.10.10 new and this has worked, but intermittency is unchanged, so this seems to rule out software problems. Anything I do, as to move the machine or restart, seems to affect when an "event" occurs; don't change when the machine heats or cools.

In any case it is now obtained in the step where Bluetooth is not usable more so it seems I have to deal with the guaranteed repair procedure.

You're right about this Johnson. If they see that you have removed the screws on your own it can void the warranty. Be careful with this. You have very expensive laptop and warranty should be valid or maybe you should expand it buy an extended warranty.

    In any case, good luck!

  • Y530 + Win 7 - no bluetooth device found

    Hello

My Y530 originally supplied with Vista, but I upgraded to 7 (as could get it for free from MSDN AA).

Bluetooth WORKED FINE with Vista, but now there is no way I can activate it. I downloaded and installed all the drivers Win 7 and the Lenovo Web site software (except driver BT, as it is said there is 'no bluetooth device detected' and I shoul turn it on). FN + F5 poster WiFi card only, also no BT in Control Panel device. What can I do?

PS. I'm starting to miss my old T41 where everything worked fine, just the way I needed. Y530 is full of annoying features (not to say 'stupid'), with Lenovo Power Management as the first of them :/

I use the 32-bit version of Windows 7.

Meanwhile, I managed to solve the problem. When I was running my laptop for the first time after bringing it in a store, I noticed that this lamp wireless was pink - which means that BT was active. So I went to the BIOS and brought back to the default settings, that works then BT., I started the system and it automatically installs the driver. To be sure that everything is compatible with the power management, I also installed Lenovo for the BT software. After that Fn + F5 shows the device and everything seems to work OK...

  • Win 7 intermittent starting problems

My wife birhtday, I bought a new desktop PC 500-281 HP Pavillion through Win 7 clips in July of 2014. Intermittently the machine hangs at startup. Usually, he gets to "Starting Windows" screen and freezes, windows logo is not launched. When I shut off and restart, usually the screen asking if I want to start windows normally or start the Startup Repair utility. Should I choose one of these options and the machine works very well, sometimes I can shoose an option and the machine hangs again. Startup Repair shows no problem. When I'm on Windows I ran antivirus (AVG, McAfee, bitsMalware IO) analyses all upward with no problem. The machine is connected to ethernet (not wireless) a of the USB connections and: mouse, keyboard, external hard drive WD, printer Canon, Logitech webcam. All of this worked well on the old box. I have checked/updated all the drivers for external and all devices are updated. I checked the BIOS and Windows Connection Manager is the first start. This is a report of start-gel 60/40 at the moment and it happened that the staples of 14 days return policy. Any advice? My wife is extremely frustrated! (as a result so I am!)

    Hi Bob,

I would test equipment (systems and components) to restarting your PC and pressing "ESC". A defective material is usually behind on a new PC erratic behavior. Despite a software driver problem which is very unlikely, component, causing this type of symptom can be the power supply. This point of failure (power) is not detected using HP diagnostics. If material tests pass and this isn't a software driver problem, through the process of elimination, it can be the power supply.

In the start menu select F2 and run diagnostics.

If all tests pass, try to use the PC with HP supplied only devices (mouse, keyboard, and Ethernet connection) to see if the system stabilizes.

Let me know how it goes. We can try additional troubleshooting if the advice above does not help.

Finally, you need to maybe to back up important data and do a factory restore. Then, run the system without installing any additional software and only HP devices connected.

Always start problems? Now is the time to contact the HP Support.

After an upgrade from Vista to Windows 7, my laptop has been intermittently summer wake up sleep mode.
It is not entirely boot or show anything on the screen, and after 10-15 seconds will return to the sleep mode.
All the network devices were not set to wake up the laptop on the activity.

Have you disabled wake up LAN in the BIOS? In addition, you must also disable USB Sleep & Charge and wake up keyboard.

Check your BIOS for these options and disable them. For me, it worked! :)

  • Intermittent Bluetooth - Tecra M4 Tablet

My Tecra M4 Tablet is about 1 year ago. XP SP2 Tablet OS running. Last year, once a month my bluetooth mouse can not connect. My normal dose is to turn off bluetooth in the systray and re - activate. This is usually the case. However from time to time during the process of re - activate this does not work.

The symptom of signature is a quick triple beep when he tries to turn it back on. I also see that the address of the device numbers 00:00:00:00:00:00 under the bluetooth options window (use cases).

Today I tried to reinstall the last stack bluetooth from the Toshiba Web site (it was already installed several months ago, when I first encountered the problem) version 4.00.36 (T). This helped my bluetooth work for about 10 minutes. I rediscovered my mouse. After having turned off the computer for a while, after the reboot, back to the same problem.

Another symptom of the problem is that I get the message "bluetooth is not ready" when you try to find out the mouse.

I thought that this could be linked to the fact, my computer runs very hot at full power, or maybe it's related to my wireless at home and work, but it signals is not seam to be the problem - too inconsistent, given that I have no problem for a few weeks in the two environments.

Any help or suggestions are welcome

    Hello

Wireless LAN can be a VERY GOOD reason, why bluetooth fails, both work almost the same frequency (2.4 Ghz).
There are other factors like cell phones, mobile phones @ home, features electronic as the microwave ovens and etc and many other things that can disrupt your
    Bluetooth connection.

So if you can exclude any of these factors I you said above, then it would be better for you to bring your machine to a local ASP for verification of material.

    Welcome them

  • Bluetooth not working not not on E535, Win8 x 64

Hi I bought the E535 a week ago with no OS and installed Win 8 directly. I read that win 8, support bluetooth comes without 3 rd-party driver, the hardware section in the Panel shows not driver conflict. But there is no possible way to add any Bluetooth device. It is simply not detect anything. wireless keyboard shortcut doesn't show no bluetooth button either. in the support center, the most important tools on my problems (update system and BT-pilot) only seem to be not not compatible with win 8, but almost every other installed without any problems. the service in services.msc bluetooth works normally. I tried to install BT software / driver from Broadcom, the manufacturer, but this tool wants me to start my camera BT before starting the installation, which is not possible, because the driver is missing... I'm running out of ideas. I guess waiting for software supporting the win8 will do, but if anyone of you could help, I'd be happy as possible ^ ^ thank you very much...

Apparently, while I was trying all possibilities for the same problem, lenovo just released win8 pilots in the last days. should have checked BEFORE I wrote this thread...

Most home networks should not have two "default gateways', and in particular a single NETWORK card should not have two of them.  Did you do that deliberately?  The second default gateway is connected to your virtual machine?

My niece has a laptop of HP under vista32 who cannot access the network wirelessly or wired.  She is in College and needs the laptop on the network as soon as possible for his class work.  I tried to reload the driver wireless driver (Atheros AR5007 b/g) and reset the tcp/ip stack using the command netsh addressed in the microsoft article, but nothing works.

I brought the laptop to work where we have an unsecured wireless lan (called comments) for visitors and the laptop can go out and find all points of access wireless including comments.  When I select the comments and try to connect it times out and tells me to watch driver and tcp/ip connections.

Another clue may be that the wireless card does not appear when I type ' ipconfig/all', or the adapter wireless and wired adapters are not displayed:

I'd appreciate any help I can get.

    Thank you!

In the case where somone has this same question, I wanted to post my final resolution of the problem. I backed up its data and restored the laptop to factory default using HP restore and now everything works fine.  Better I would say loading Zone Alarm on Vista was a bad thing for my niece to do.  Would have been nice to find a magical solution to avoid restoring but never found one.  Even after the alarm zone using their instructions by removing completely, there was apparently a problem with the registry who wouldn't let networks are working properly.  One thing I noticed after that the restoration was the HP Wireless Assistant poped up and told me about available networks, etc.  Assistant wireless didn't pop-up at all whne the cell was dismantled so maybe assistant was broken?  Well, I'm out...

  • C850-A797 - Bluetooth driver satellite does not work after upgrade to win 10

My laptop Satellite C850-A797 upgraded to windows 10 last week and Bluetooth driver not working since upgrade,

I installed the battery Bluetooth for windows ver.9 but it also does not work.

can someone help me with this please?

C850 satellite is not listed as a book of 10 Windows compatible.
This means that Win 10 drivers are not available for this unit.

In any case, I recommend you to go to Device Manager and remove / remove Bluetooth all the partners of the devices and entries.
In the view of mark tab also the option Show hidden devices in order to get the big picture complete.

Now after reboot, win 10 must search for removed devices and drivers missing.

I hope this could solve your problem of BT.
