The screen has been replaced is with the Lenovo service (repair was carried out under warranty) - maybe I got a screen of a different model (for example, x 230?).

  I talked to the guy from service and I was right, I received different screen - he checed the spare part and the manufacturer. It turns out also that my new screen is more precize - no longer 'flee' digitizer on the edges of the screen :-) I have attached the protective film, so the question of how then the screen feels isn't more important.
