Xantrex HPD for LabVIEW 2009 pilot

I saw there are other products OR with drivers for Xantrex HPD feeds.

Someone at - it one that works for LabVIEW 2009 (or earlier)?

Ok.  I have it.

HyperTerminal has worked.

He checked that port settings and command syntax is correct.

ALL programs in LabVIEW examples do not have the function of VC to food.  When I hard coded the CR function after the order (also preprogrammed) it worked.  Xantrex (now Sorensen) manual do include SOME simple examples - you just know by experience (catch 22) how do.

Also be noted that we need to send both a voltage and current definition commands because both are zero by default.  (If you send one, nothing SEEMS to happen because the other is 0).  That could also have been included in an example of beginning.

THANKS for your help!

the functionality to open Excel files has been added to the ICU starting with version 1.8. However, the ICU in the manner described above upgrade you will register to use ExcelTDM and make it available through the _openWithRoot.vi in LabVIEW 2009. Simply install or DIAdem 2010 NI LabVIEW 2010 as a demo version.

    All,

I just installed Service Pack 1 for Labview 2009.  All of my code that loops in my MathScripts now lets my MathScripts does not compile.  Have a clue what I do?

LabView 2009 uninstalled, reinstalled after you have removed all files related to 2009.  SP1 installed, then applied for LabView and MathScript.

  • LabVIEW 2009 + Labview 8.6 vision = work not...

    Hello

At my University, I got a license for Labview 2009 + Module Vision 8.6... Now, I installed Labview first of course. And when I was done I installed the vision module. The two facilities went very smooth. Now when I run labview I do not have access to any labview vi vision that must be provided.

Like what I have read here http://www.ni.com/support/labview/lvtool.htm#vision_development the module must be compatible with labview 2009... If someone can explain to me why it is not appear in labview 2009?

  • Narrow ARM of SPI VI reference works do not for me LabVIEW 2009.

I use LabVIEW 2009 Embedded for ARM in collaboration with the Council of development of LM3S8962 and the MCP3008 10 - bit ADC chip. I'm trying to use the base screws of SPI to communicate with the MCP3008 - see the attached excerpt from VI to my current attempt. I can initialize the SPI reference, read two bytes of data from the ADC, but when I try to close the reference, the application crashes. If I am the narrow ARM of SPI reference VI in a diagram to disable, the program terminates normally, and I get to see my two bytes of data printed on the OLED. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance,

    Stuart

    Thank you!

Who takes care of the immediate problem. I really appreciated the quick response!

  • Can I build an application with Labview 2009 for Windows 7?

    Hello

I use Labview 2009 SP1 and the application builder 2009 SP1. If I install the app on win7 this message:

Engine run LabVIEW depends on failure to upgrade (...) version 9.0.301, language {} code that is not in the distribution.

Is it a problem with Windows 7, having two records of installation of 32 bit (C:\Program Files (x 86)) and 64 bit (C:\Program Files)?

I had an application built on a XP machine and installed on a Windows 7 computer that was looking for the files in C:\Program Files when they were actually installed in C:\Program Files (x 86) - because it was 32-bit application.  After the installation I had to move the files to 1 place to another to make it work.

  • LabVIEW 2009 for labview 8.5

I want to open labview 2009 vi in labview 8.5.

    You can not.

You will need to open in LV 2009 or later and do a 'save for previous Version' to save it to LV 8.5.

If you do not have a more recent version.  Post your VI in the Downconvert thread saying it's LV 2009 and you want to LV8.5.

  • LabVIEW 2009 Crash when record for previous

I'm having a problem when you try to save a VI in LabVIEW 2009 to a previous version of LabVIEW, in this case 8.2, but itseems crashing no matter which version I chose.  I've narrowed the problem down to this:

If the vi contains a structure of event I get the following error: unrecoverable internal error: 'MemoryManager.cpp', line 547

If I remove the structure of the event, she records very well.  I even go the error if I create a vacuum vi and drop an empty event on the diagram structure.  No control, no other code.

Is this a known issue?  Is this a problem with my copy of LV?  Is there a solution?  Removal of the structure of the event in the present application is not an option.

    Thank you

    Rob

So the solution is to save to LV 8.6, then open in 8.6 and save here to earlier versions.  It works, I have not tried to save 8.6 initially.

  • 64-bit driver for LabVIEW FPGA Xilinx SPARTAN 2009 3rd starting Board

My dear I need this add-on

We I install the module i hava, it seems

Support for LabVIEW for Spartan-3E (incompatible with the 64-bit platform)
is their a supprt 64-bit version?

    Best regards

    Hello mangood,.

There is unfortunately no way to use the driver on 64-bit Windows. You will need to use the 32-bit operating system to use the Spartans drivers. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Favor to ask: you can open this labview 2009 Vi and save it for me in a readable Labview 8.6 vi?

    Hi guys,.

I have a favor to ask: can someone would be kind enough to open this Labview 2009 VI and save it in a VI readable Labview 8.6? You are likely a cause of missing blocks I use special but I don't want to have to redo all the VI.

    Thank you very much

    G.

You can go there. None of the sub VI was attached, so they do not get converted.

  • Support of NOR-DNET for LabVIEW 2013

We currently use OR DNET 1.6.6 with LabVIEW 2011. I installed LabVIEW 2013 now also on my computer and tried to synchronize all of the drivers with my installation of LabVIEW 2011.

Well, it seems that NEITHER-DNET does not support LabVIEW 2013, at least officially. compatibility of Version of LabVIEW and NOR-DNET indicates that NEITHER-DNET 1.6.6 supports 2011 NOR-DNET 1.6.7 2012 LabVIEW and LabVIEW.

The list NOR system driver November 2013 set OR DNET 1.6.7 defined pilot. When I try to install it, there is no support for LabVIEW 2013.

My question is, if there is a plan to include support OR DNET for LabVIEW 2013 or later in the game to pilot?

I copied the directories vi.lib\DeviceNet and vi.lib\nidnet of LabVIEW 2011-2013 and I can load my programs without any problems. I always did not build an executable and does not run on the test set-up, but projects can be loaded in LabVIEW 2013 without any screws of brocken. should I expect any problems running LabVIEW 2013 with the NOR-DNET to 1.6.6 and 1.6.7 driver?

    Nick

There should not be problems but it is a former pilot, we will not be updated for the future version of labview.

  • How to convert the file with VI for LabView .lib to CVI?

    Hello

I have the .lib file for my lock in the amplifier. The lib file is written for labView and already contains a visual interface (like ActiveX). The point is that I need this file for programming in CVI (8.5). How can I convert a LabView ICB .lib?

    Thank you.

    Denis.

You said that you had a .lib file and in fact you have an llb file. There is a huge difference between an "i" (eye) and a 'l' (ell).

There is a LabVIEW Instrument Driver Export Wizard but it's only for new pilots of project lifestyle and you need LabVIEW. There is no other way to convert a LabVIEW driver to a driver of the CVI. If the LabVIEW driver uses methods and properties of the ActiveX, you will need to write the same thing in CVI.
