I tried to reset the two routers, by disconnecting and then changing the port to the xboxs, upgrading the firmware for the router and finally tried just an xbox connected both. (not in that order)

I saved default.xex on a cd using Windows Explorer. I took my cd for my xbox 360 arcade. I turned on my xbox 360 arcade and put the cd in the it. I came up with an error that there was nothiung on the cd. I checked with my laptop and the file is there.

  Why it did not work? Did I miss a step? Is that what your statement wrong? I did something wrong? Also the file (default.xex) is about 7 068 KB not 5 MB.

• Update on power supply for Dell Dimension 4600

  I searched in the nets, but was not able to find an answer, so I hope someone can help.

  I received recently a 4600 as a hand.  I decided to set up as a game machine.  I know it's an old PC, but I do not anticipate play something newer than Battlefield 2142 (I use my Xbox 360 to play newer games).

  In any case, I was able to get a new Radeon X 1950 PRO on eBay for $35 shipped to replace a 6600GTOC whose fan has stopped working.  I thought that since I was the video card for a good price, upgrading the PSU still would be worth during the upgrade of the motherboard or get a new PC.

  I started to look at the power supplies and noticed that some of them have their own power switch.  This means that the power button on the front of the 4600 no longer works?  I would go with a power supply where can I still use the power button and should not spread in the back to turn on the PC.

  BTW, here's the rest of the features of the 4600:

  CPU: Pentium 4 HT 3.06 GHz (Northwood) - HT disabled

  RAM: 3 GB PC3200

  Readers: A WD 320 IDE, a DVD-ROM and floppy 3.5 "drive

  No other expansion boards outside the video card will be installed.

• Gamepad Xbox 360 for Windows pc freezing when the vibration is enabled

  Anyone know a fix for this, whenever I have the vibration turned on for any game using the controller Xbox 360 for Windows (by cable), it freezes the game and I can't get my PC to respond again by disconnecting the controller.

  The problem you are experiencing may be caused by the power of the amount needed when the vibration is enabled. I had the problem on my old PC, that when I used my controller, my sound would play as the speakers had holes in them and that the game would freeze-freeze-start. The Xbox 360 controllers use 500mA, which is over the limit that provides a USB port. With this audio device, a keyboard and a mouse together via a USB port, which is an aspiration constant quite heavy on the USB supply rail.
  I fixed it by getting a small USB 7 port hub which is outwardly the power (this is important) and plug my controller. This way he can draw the entire, there need without slipping down the USB ports attached to the motherboard. Just be sure it's a hub with an external power supply.

I connect the laptop on the adapter and the power of the taskbar icon indicates the adapter is plugged in but it also shows that it does not load (adapter also remains cold, indicating no power is being developed). Low battery messages continue until the laptop stops ultimately. On commissioning again the laptop acknowledges that she attached to the adapter sector and charges upward.

  Helpdesk from Toshiba said a new BIOS version had been released and that I should update the BIOS and would probably "fix the problem". Went to the Australian Site and there is no other choice to see downloads for this model L500D [product number], helpdesk then took me on the European site where I updated the BIOS, then spent several hours on the phone with Symantec trying to uninstall and reinstall Norton 360, which ceased its activities and could not be uninstalled leaving my laptop not protected.

  Try this download. I have a new Macbook Pro El Capitan 10.11.3 running. Just installed this to use my old Xbox 360 wired controllers USB to play Lego games. Despite the mixed reviews, this seems to have worked perfectly and actually gives you an ability to customize the controller.
