  I wonder if anyone here have the chance to play two games CRYSIS and GEARS OF WAR on PC Toshiba laptop with Nvidia 7900 GS cards.

  It is very possible that your CD may be damaged.  Is it possible to get another copy to try on your machine? Or try this copy on another machine to see if it works or not.
  Also check in control panel--> system--> for you Device Manager make sure that there is no yellow/red icon next to the CD player and it's function correctly.

• Get BSOD when updated in Windows Vista Ultimate Edition

  I got the Windows Update for Monday, 30/11/09. Under the option updated, I clicked on the update Realtek for my wireless 801.11 b / g driver.  During the download on the window updates screen, he says that he was downloading updates. Then he went to install the updates and I got the BSOD about 3/4 of the way through.  Reboot the computer and to the Welcome screen, it said it was set up the updates.  He crossed the 1st to the 3rd stage, but remained at 0% and then in Windows. • Unexpected freezing problems randomly on Gears of War (PC)

  I have a computer with Vista 32 installed. The main components of the system are;
  -Core two 7500 Due (2.93 Ghz)
  -6 GB of Ram
  -ATI 3870 GPU (Catalyst installed 9.9)

  In fact, game performance is perfect, but I have the problem of unexpected freeze at random during the game Gears of War. I have to press ctrl + alt + delete to return to Vista

  At first, I thought that it is a memory problem. I used to have 2 x ATI 3870 in cross fire mode and 2046 MB physical memory.  To increase the physical memory, I removed one of the card and now I see 3070 MB of physical memory. Then I re-load the game to check the difference, but after 45 minutes the game freezes up to play again. Here are the details;
  -At the start of the game, I have used physical memory 59%
  -During the game, I have used physical memory 67%
  -When the game freeze-up, I have 67 physical memory %

  I guess that this is unrelated to the memory. In any case, when I checked the performance of the processor to freeze-up, I can see 100% full load. In my view, that the causes of the problem. I suppose that there is something on the game code that causes my charge of 100% of the CPU and no response.

  Would I be able to upgrade to windows 7 without any problem and safely?
