(xp) My computer was recently reset settings default to someone, (now disappeared). Now the driver for my scaner seems to be lacking, how can I find?

I had a colleague working on my computer, it invalidates many functions, because I received a message from "High CPU".  So he re-set my computer default settings.  I have a scaner/printer Epson Workforce that communicates is no longer with my computer, although the cable and all the lights are on.  I get a message saying: could not find the driver for the scanner.  Help, please.

If this man did a restore to factory on your unspecified system brand and model, which would eliminate many things - including your Epson Workforce drivers/utilities.

I would like to start by searching on the host WWW Epson page which is here:
http://www.Epson.com/

Choose your local Web site (for example, in America, USA), then at the top of the page choose the drivers and support, printers & all-in-one, then under printers, all-in-one, choose the Epson Workforce that matches your unspecified model number and download the package you want from there.

Some of the downloads are pretty big (like the package Combo that has drivers and utilities), so depending on what you choose to download, it might take a while depending on your Internet download speed.
