  In any case, you need laptop with factory settings, preinstalled original Win7 64 bit? What graphics card has your laptop? ATI or Intel? What version is older than the version preinstalled on your laptop via Satellite?
  Your model of laptop is more recent and all the drivers, that you got in the recovery image are essentially the same as drivers on the Toshiba download page. So I think t is old version proposed by Toshiba.
  For example, if you have the graphics card Intel initially we version 8.15.10.2086, the same as on the download page.
  Can you confirm this?

  I have:

  HP pavilion dv6 7010tx

  Windows 8 pro 64-bit

  I found the update to windows 8.1 pro by Windows store, so I downloaded it but not able to install it due to the limitation of graphics drivers [I get the CODE of ERROR 0XC1900101-40019]

  I tried all of these methods:

  * Clean install of windows 8 pro 64-bit

  * only install the update that shows the Windows store 8.1 update

  * Keep my NVidia driver update which is 332.21-notebook-win8-win7-64bit-international-whql. It is 64-bit capable of windows 8 and 8.1 64 bit.

  * updated day to day my driver intel graphics is Intel (r) graphics 4000 v10.18.10.3379 HD

  * check the latest updates for my model of hp driver download wesite [it doesnot provide me with graphics driver for windows 8.1]

  * Graphics drivers from intel directly [ https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23323 ] windows 8.1 which is by train

  V15.33.5.64.3316 [doesnot allow installation limitations requirements]

  * A tried to upgrade to 8.1 windows 8 times intant (8x3.6 GB )

  * Called Microsoft technical support [I was told that my model does not support windows 8.1] I think he was referring to the lack of drivers.

  * Called hp support [he said no available driver CURRENTLY] not clear if she can come out in the future or not.

  So help me with this problem. Give me the drivers for intel graphics hd for windows 8.1 or other solution for the above error.

  Nevermind, I found the solution... It applies to these two errors 40019-0xc1900101 and 0xc1900101-4000 D (something like that)
  I installed all the updates from Microsoft, including graphics drivers... then, went to the Manager of devices and uninstalled (and deleted) two display drivers and has not yet manually installed all the drivers... you hear just the default for both drivers.
  It worked for me...

  You bought the laptop two years ago and in that time, it was designed to work with newer OS at the moment. Is Windows Vista. So if everything works well and the laptop runs stabile why I updated?

  When I read your ad, you expect that offers Toshiba updates every month or what. Why?
  Why have most recent audio driver if the sound works perfectly? Why have updated driver for chipset if something like this is not necessary? What do you need? More performance? More stability? What exactly?

  What about support? It is always very interesting theme. You know, since Win7 is the market I have visited several other laptop manufacturers support pages and I must say that the situation is not different than on the Toshiba site. To be honest, their pages are sometimes quite confusing without clear structure and the driver information.
  Best example has display driver download. You are right, they offered more pilots display and real versions but often with additional penalty: use at your own risk only. Support isn't it?

  To discuss on the Toshiba support, you must be honest and objective. The older models as your A210 or my old Satellite P200 are supported for Win7 but only 32-bit version. Where is the problem? OK I have old piece of hardware, but Toshiba supports me for more recent operating system. Should not be 64-bit version, but I can still use 32-bit with all the necessary drivers.

  In front of me, I have brand new Satellite P500 with Win7 64 bit and on my right side older Satellite A300 with Win7 32 bit. You know what? Two runs perfectly and there is no much difference in performance of the laptop. Having good knowledge on systems operating and a few good tips you can configure the preinstalled operating system to run like a rocket. ;)

  Install Win7 32 bits on your machine. Install all the necessary drivers and Toshiba stuff specific. Optimize and you will be happy with it. I'm sure on this subject.

  Hi Steven,

  You can access the last display on the web site of Toshiba driver. Just click on the tab Support & downloads (Download Files) and then enter the details of your laptop. You can select all drivers or just the display drivers.

  You can find out what version of BIOS you have by entering the BIOS during the initial power on the process. Just press the ESC key when the TOSHIBA logo appears, and then press F2 to enter the BIOS configuration panels. Make sure you do not make changes to the BIOS settings unless you really want to. :-) As with the details of the driver, you can access the latest version of the BIOS for notebook on the Web from Toshiba-> Support site @ downloads-> update your BIOS, then just enter the details of your laptop.

  Usually the most recent graphics driver Intel HD can be downloaded directly from pilot site Intel.

  The Intel driver depends on the Intel CPU.
  So I wonder what Satellite C660-xxx you exactly and what CPU was installed in the laptop.

  I have a Satellite 1000-Zx which I recently rebuilt since the original CD (for various reasons...). I'm now getting occasional graphic problems which points me Intel of the site to get the latest pilot chart of Microsoft error report.

  However, as I recall I did it before and had problems with the driver advised by Intel, but was eventually done in the right direction by someone here, however I cannot now find the post or even remember my login ID (this is probably a couple of years).

  I have a M 82830 Chipset and am running driver version 6.13.1.2004 dated 02/15/02, can someone tell me what is the correct version for this machine?

  You will be very happy if someone can give you some good information on this good old classic. I think you don't have a lot of choices there. Either you can use driver Toshiba designed, or search on the net for the latest.

  Video card on your laptop must be Intel 830 MG. Intel download page check and maybe you will find latest driver. Google around a bit and I am sure that you will find enough pages to download the latest version of the driver for this card for Windows XP Home edition.

  Toshiba just released all the XP drivers for this laptop series. You should take a look on the page of the driver;

  You should look for in;

  Archive-> Satellite Archive-10xx Satellite-> Satellite 1000 - > Zx-> Win XP
