  I like many others have done the new update of software for the Mac - OS X Yosemite. And theres been a few bugs I've experienced. With my internet slow Adobe Creative programs moved upward.

  Primarily Adobe Illustrator CS5.5 - first was police preview play but have fixed that with reduced transparency option. But now, and the most annoying is control keyboard keys do not work.

  Main ones I noticed so far are: remove, shift + control something, i.e. shortcuts toolbar selection tool (V) etc.

  Its incredibly annoying and is actually interfering with my ability to work especially that of simple deletion. I have seen many similar questions but to other programs and the other versions of the suite. Please if someone have a solution or please Adobe gives us the key to solve this problem because this is a major drawback and stops at productivity.

  Hello, it struck during the night because when I woke up there were some msgs everywhere telling me I was infected and a center of fake security kept popping up.

  I closed and went into safe mode and ran sas scan I couldn't mbam to work, once the infection has been found I checked for removal and came off of sas and rebooted the pc. Everything seemed okay for a while, except that I had lost my wallpaper and photos and documents. But they were in another file owner and I was able to move them to the owner acct, I'm. Now I wanted to copy my docs and photos on a cd for backup and I get access denied or he'll go as far as the files are ready to write, but they will not write, I don't get an error msg. Just a beep.

  I believe that my son's computer has been infected with the Trojan.Agent.Ed virus.  I managed to remove it (from different folders in AppData), but a few vestiges remain of course.  The windows firewall service does not start - it throws an exception to access denied on startup and when I try to start the service manually.
  I tried to run the Sysinternals Process Monitor to display all events ACCESS DENIED and checked the permissions on the key to registry MpsSvc in HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\services and compared to a corresponding Windows 7 machine.  I've even exported the key MpsSvc and sous-branches of the laptop in good health and tried to import into a failure, but the import does not seem to occur, even if it gives a message "imported".
  I also tried the troubleshooting of Windows Firewall that confusedly says:
  "Windows could not start the Windows Firewall... Not fixed
  "Set permissions for the registry keys involved"... succeeded
  "Windows Firewall service is not started. Not fixed
  "Starting the Firewall Service"... succeeded
  Any ideas would be most appreciated.
