  Hello

  I tried to install the latest update for my XPRT but it crashed during the process. I had to pull the battery to get back on and now I've lost all of the home screen. I see the status bar, but everything else is black. There is a lockscreen, but after I unlock the device, the screen is all black with absolutely nothing else that the status bar. Help, please! Only, I bought this phone last week. I think I shouldn't have interrupted the process of update.

  You will need to hard reset according to the following instructions.

  1. Power off phone.
  2. Wait 15 seconds.
  3. Hold down the M and R , then press button walk / stop.
  4. When you get to the screen after the Red M logo, you will see a white triangle. Press @ .
  5. Go to factory reset with the volume keys. Make your choice with the return key. Accept the warning.
  6. Select reboot the system with the return key.

• XPRT: Adding a new contact add contact to ALL my accounts

  I just changed the XPRT so I hope that this issue is something that I just do bad. When I add a new contact on the phone, the contact is added to all my accounts (in this case 7 accounts), and each of them appears as a contact with 7 links. I don't see a place to specify the account to add contact when I'm creating, or when I try to change it.

  What I'm missing here? Is there a way to specify the account to add the contact to?

  I think that what you are looking for and im do not know because I only have my google

  account for the contact is:

  If you go to your contacts, press menu, select, then

  Parameters. I think that you can choose which accounts get link and which are not.

  My one shot so far is I Doon know how to assign a different view for each of my multiples

  e-mail accounts. EX: personal; work; Facebook, etc...

  How to remove the cover of the battery on the XPRT correctly? You lift up the slot on the bottom next to the mic or what? Nothing really seems to drag...

  Hold the phone upside down, the back facing you, place your middle finger

  I'm not guessing officially. The SIM card is lock on the Sprint.

• XPRT: Cannot reply to emails with account Corporate Synch

  Hi, I'm having the same problem as has been documented in this thread:

  I can't understand why this is happening only with some emails that I receive (some are internal, external) but when I click on "reply" or "reply to all" the screen flashes immediately, and the empty response gets banged on to the drafts folder (with name or removed name of the beneficiary). I am able to meet my personal Pop3 account.

• XPRT: "Camera" and the issue of sounds

  Hi - I have a few questions that I can't find answers to anywhere on the web or in the documentation.

  1. Is the button that is currently associated with the calendar, possible to associate it with the camera function?
  2. Where do you turn the sound on the camera?

  1. it's a shortcut button for any application you want. Menu > setting > Applications > Quick Launch > calendar (side). The default camera app is not a parameter to use the side key, but it can be applications in the Android Market which allow that adapt the buttons to act as the camera button.

  2. it is not an option I see to do this. I don't know there's an application from Android Market that would allow this. I also ask if there is any setting that I am not aware.

• XPRT: Shutter tone adjustment.

  My phone doesn't have the tone control of the shutter in the camera settings. Missing everyone this setting option?

  According to the user guide for the Sprint, there should be a set the tone of the shutter to activate shutter sound or turn off.

  I found that the manual is in error. We will be updating. The inability to turn off the shutter sound is a legal requirement. A future update does not allow this feature, but thanks for your comments.

• I can't turn on the WiFi, can someone send me firmware module or XPRT wi - fi?

• XPRT: Where is to stop the vibration of the keys.

  I looked through all the settings and can't find a setting that disables the vibration when you press the "home" button, or the "back button" etc., also on the keyboard of the screen when I type they also vibrate. I deactivated the haptic feedback that works on my personal phone (evo) to disable all vibrations, but it does something different when sound on or off. If I'm missing a few settings to turn off the vibration then please let me know.

  Press 'menu' (to the left of the "home" button) and then choose 'Settings' then 'language & keyboard' followed by 'multi touch keyboard. Uncheck the vibrate on keypress.

• MOTOBLUR / Widget Social / Facebook - stuck, will not be updated

  Well just wonder if there some Devs here to get any word on widget Motoblur/Social stuck. Currently there are a lot of tears in the internets on SN-Widget and how bad/random its synchronization with Facebook, there are workarounds, but I'd love to get a response from an official.

  My solution: a uninstall the update for networks social app and after reboot his synched my tricks perfectly, but when FB blur-updater(see task-manager) installed the widget stopped synching again nothing FB.

  Its too random works with Twitter - actually shows you your status up-to-date but not the tweets you fallow.

• How do I change or delete the account MotoBlur on the phone?

  I have a CLIQ XT to my son and he doesn't like it because of its complexity so I decided to try it as a replacement for my cell phone. He had created a MotoBlur account on it and it's the only one on the screen. There is a symbol of lock next to him. I can't remove it and he can not enter. Also, I tried in vain several times create an e-mail account in the hope of having a second account would allow me to remove her. Be able to delete his account, it takes one or two clicks, but seems to be an impossible task. And why would it be so hard to create an email account? Can anyone help?

  To configure a new account MOTOBLUR, you will need to do a factory data reset the phone. It will be like you are turning it on for the first time. When you start, you will be able to create a new BLUR account and customize all by yourself.

  Click on the Menu (four squares), then tap Settings > storage and SD card > data Facotry reset. It will ask you if you are sure and will tell you it's going to erase everything. Tap through and the phone will restart.
