  I have created a tutorial in the Captivate. Extracts from 'video' fine in Captivate, but when I publish the 'video', it crashes after about 10 seconds. The SWF file stops playing, in the middle of the slide 2.

  If I delete the second half of the presentation, I can get the rest to play through. I tried to isolate a single slide if the origin of the problem, but I get inconsistent results.

• Why my new PSE12 crash after about 1 minute?

  I used PSE8 for several years successfully on a desktop computer running Windows XP. Always reliable, if a little slow backup etc with my huge catalog (75K image).

  My new office works now Win7 64 bit. It is a high-performance machine. I bought PSE12 and converted my old PSE8 catalog. For a while, PSE12 worked OK, although it took a few days to generate all the thumbnails for my large catalog.

  Suddenly, it began to break up after about 1 minute - even if I do nothing. I uninstalled the old PSE8 - still the same problem. I uninstalled / reinstalled PSE12 - still the same.

  Feeling a little desperate because I dare not my backup catalog, or even add new images, the software will inevitably crash half way through. And I'm going on vacation soon, with the camera!

  You said that it used to work OK so I think that the material should not be the problem.

  Is the user you connect on your PC an administrator?

  Try another test to see if it's the catalog or not.

  Start the Organizer while holding the SHIFT key before you enter the Catalog Manager.

  Click the new button (top-right) and enter a new name (TestCat or something) and click on the OK button.

  This should create a new, empty catalog. You can see if that says for more than a minute. You could try to import some images, but I suggest that you do not have something with them.

  Current rest of performance then we know it is the catalogue - otherwise, if the application.

  I downloaded the latest version 6.5 and have had problems since. 6.4 worked very well, no problems, fast charge, etc.

• First Pro CC gives an error "Could not create image buffer" and crashing after installing a videocard GeForce GTX 1070.

  Hi all

  I recently installed a GeForce GTX 1070 video card and drivers current in my bench mounted, very happy for the potential break in the rendering and playback (I was using previously a very old ASUS Radeon HD 7850). I had nothing else problems since.

  When I first tried a project of creation of opening, audio refused to play (speakers, headphones, everything...) I looked at the volume mixer while playing through the timeline and no audio only showed upward). Everything seemed fine. I closed, cleared the cache, opened the first, this time hold Alt while doing so to reset the preferences. Open very well, audio read back fine, that only now first was blocked indefinitely the generation of PEK files for a short audio clip in the project.

  After a long bit of troubleshooting in the speakers, I went ahead and did a complete uninstall of Premiere Pro and After Effects, then reinstalled both programs to their current versions (2015.4 and 2015.3, respectively). No more problems of generation PEK, but something much worse. Now, whenever I try to change the CUDA acceleration enabled, I can maybe five minutes absolute performance first until I get an error "Could not create image buffer", warning of notifications of Windows that your computer is low on memory, and finally, a complete crash where the screen goes black, flickers a couple times, then stays black for good with only the mouse cursor appears on the screen.

  The images that I'm editing is all images Go Pro, no effects applied. I am doing this for a client and need ready in a week, but the constant crashing makes them difficult to work around. I can more or less run by changing the acceleration of software only, display options but it is much slower and the memory is still eaten up like crazy (if I place the open Task Manager and start to scrub through the timeline I can watch the memory usage get up to 95% in 20 seconds approximately). Reading suffers as a result once the RAM is full until almost full.

  It is worth noting that, with my old dusty Radeon GPU, I was able to edit these clips with ease. No reading, no problem of image buffer. I do not see my RAM never go above 60% usage, when I got this card is installed.

  Also worth noting, that the first, I have noticed absolutely no problems, and the video card itself seems to work very well. I can play MGSV at max settings with perfect reading, as well as other graphics intensive games.

  It's been almost a week and I had zero problems. First Pro CC 2015.2 works like a dream! I'll go ahead and mark this thread closed.

  For those just tuning, I was able to find a solution by uninstalling the Premiere Pro and After Effects, and then reinstall them back to last known stable on my bench (Premiere Pro 2015.2 and after 2015.2 effects). So far, running these versions has been very good, even with active CUDA acceleration.

  The only downside is that all the projects I've done in Premiere Pro version 2015.4 should be re-edited from scratch. But I've had absolutely zero problems using the program, which is a relief. Hope Adobe fixes this problem whenever 2015.5 is out!

  If you use Vista Movie Maker 6... It can
  be worth a try to go to... Tools / Options / Compatibility
  tab and disable all filters before the publish.

  If you are not running the latest version of the film
  Maker, it may be advantageous to update.

• vCOps 5.6 crashes after an extended period of time using Enterprise Dashboard

  So, I had this problem since vCOps 5.0, every update, I hope it is fixed but is not. I also had a nice SR since July, and while a lot of troubleshooting has been done, we are still no where near of a solution.

  Looks after that leaving a dashboard customized view of skittles, six metric charts, heatmap and a metric sparklines for a long period of time the CPU usage will gradually pull 100% usage after a few hours.

  We tried to add additional CPU, memory for two virtual machines. Seems to help but the end result is an accident of the dashboard.

  Anyone seen this before?

• Atrix HD: Circles Widget crashes after update

  My circle widget freezes and crashes after a period of time since the new update. I had not had this problem before. Is anyone else having the same problem? To fix it, I need to stop the process with the system board and the widget restarts.

  Try going into the settings under apps. Then select the tab all. Then scroll down to the CircleConfig and make sure it is not disabled. Then go to circles and erase the data, and then restart your phone and see if that fixes it.
