  If you have the size of the text on your PC that is greater than 100%, it seems to be the cause.

  Control Panel > appearance and personalization > display > set to 100%

  This was brought to my attention by NTV on a similar thread here.

  The only other problem is now that the text on the screen is a bit small.  But I will get used to that pretty quickly and the new Premiere Pro works fine again.

  Do not use the ladder custom, but read the raw data using the daq assistant and adapts the data later. Or the scale of the data using the inverse of the custom scale.

I'm not sure how do the X table matches the time scale. I need X for increment in milli seconds. I changed the category axis of the chart hour time / absolute relative, but the problem is how to make the loop for incrementing the X-Array according to the clock.

  You can change the scale of clickin on one of the two ends and by entering a number in this location. With this action, you can return your scale.

  I use a waveform table to display temperatures (scale Y) versus time (X-Scale).

  My card is wide enough to see a range of "long", and I would just copy the scale Y

  and display it on the right side of the chart once again, simply for better readability of the temperatures.

  When using multiple scales, you need to set the "ActiveScale' before applying the changes. You can avoid race conditions if you expand the node for your property to include the active scale as the first property.

  Think of the data stream. Your Subvi won't end until you press the stop button, so the result will be not available in main VI until it happens.

  You say that you can not even start in Safe Mode, so method 1 will not help you, method 2 will not help you and 3 method will not help you.

  I start in the XP Recovery Console and first run a chkdsk/r on the afflicted system, but since we don't know anything about your system, we will need more information.

  I have Windows XP Service Pack 3 with automatic updates turned on and the protection in real time against malware.
