Y at - it a meter Bridge keywords plugin?

Hello

is there a plugin to bridge that counts the number of keywords?

I need to set a maximum number of keywords for each file.

That would be very useful, thanks!

There is a script that counts the keywords

'Add a keyword Count'

You will find in the section of bridge Scripts.

Keywords travel with the file, so it shouldn't be a problem. Here's how export you key word of CS4 information and import it into CS6.

  • Where did 'adobe bridge keywords.xml' located on mac (with CS5)?

I just installed Photoshop to work from home, and I'm trying to set up my list of keywords (fairly extensive). Other discussions have identified the place for this file as "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CS5" but this directory does not exist for me - the Adobe directory is missing. There is a "Bridge CS5.1 Extensions" directory, but there is no place in it for this file.

Does anyone know where I should put this file?

    Thank you!

"~/Library/Application support/Adobe/Bridge CS5" but this directory does not exist for me - the Adobe directory is missing. There is a "Bridge CS5.1 Extensions" directory, but there is no place in it for this file.

You are looking in the wrong library, the file is in the library of the lever of the root system. You have to look in your library account (the ~ means your "user name").

A few other comments, you say you have CS5 but bridge CS5.1 Extensions to CS5.5 points. Not a big deal, but it means that you must also have a bridge CS5.1 folder in the application supports at the user level.

(It's kinda a mixture to the top with all the different versions of the applications in the suite CS.) PS is located at number 12 and comes with CS5. Bridge is at version 4 in CS5. They did an update for all of the following Adobe and called CS5.5. Inherent PS 12.1 and bridge 4.1. The call of CS5.1 parts. I hope you always with me here...:-0)

And I think that you are already on OS x 10.7 Lion and the default means your user library is hidden. To show that it can be done in several ways, means the fastest is Google on OSX lion and the library of the user

  • CS4 Bridge - Keywords + backup/restore

I have two questions to keywords in Bridge CS4.

    1. when I put a keyword on a photo, this keyword is placed in the file only or also in the photo (NEF) file?

    2. I did a lot of keywords and have a long list in the Keywords tab. If I'm ever format C: it is then

possible to make a backup of the keywords or can import all the keywords of my photos in Bridge?

Bridge should automatically play these files sidecar as long as you have with the. NEF files. Also, make sure that you change only the names of these files using bridge or link between them will be broken

  • CS6 keywords - Collections, bridge of backups etc.

    Hi guys

In order to completely save the bridge database with the entire structure and key words related to each image (so that the XYZ image has all the same settings/keywords/metadata) after having for example completely reinstalled the MacBook (clean installation), it is sufficient to simply drag and drop the/library/Application_Support/Adobe/Bridge CS6 / Collections and Adobe Bridge Keywords.xml is?

What are the best ways to deal with safe information in Bridge to not waste time things relocation after purchasing a new Mac or clean install, having had an accident or...?

    Thank you!

    Bob

As Curt I don't know what's your workflow with export frame.

But for the copy of the library, during the migration to a new update system with clean install or a clean on the new computer installation, it is useful first of all copy the former library of the user in a backup location, but in this case, it is also wise to rename the copied library folder if the system won't make any errors in finding locations and getting confused with several folders of Library.

The most important issues for me are application Caches and Mail support but keeping the lot for a while as the back until you are absolutely sure that everything is in place and running as it should would be my way to go.

But do not copy an entire folder of a former library to a new library. This will cause you problems because the application on the new facility has retained its own parameters. Just compare the content of two files side by side. Be sure to have left the bridge and see what files are in the new and which in the former.

You only need to search for custom settings that you have saved your self. But also be aware that some files are only created after you have used or customization. In particular, a new installation, not all records from your old library. For example, you must start at once Adobe output module before creating its files at this location.

In the case of the output module, you should look at the user templates / boards contact and inherent are your custom lay the parameters stored (even for Media Gallery but I'm not very familiar with this).

It is also possible to overwrite the key file, but my favorite workflow would be to export the list of old and import the list again with the replacement of the existing default keywords help

And even more that I copy the contents of the batch rename collections and parameters (if you have customized settings), but know that collections are only aliases for the original files. If you have a new computer, the changes that an old collection will not be able to find the new location.

Workspaces should also only be copied for the same versions.

Photoshop has retained its screening in the Application support folder.

In basic, be so careful with what to copy and do not replace the files unless you are sure they are the right ones.

  • Disappear keywords Bridge CS5

I know that this has been talked about on the MAC and PC forums for the bridge and has been a problem with the version of CS3 to CS5.  However, it doesn't receive the attention of Adobe.

I went through the Mac and Win from CS3 to CS5 forums and there are several lists of people lose their key words.  I just lost againmine, after their reconstruction about two weeks ago.  On another call, 3782474, Paul graciously produced a script to build your existing keywords.  You have to reenter the!  Adobe, PLEASE fix this.  I copied the key file and saved it to a backup location. When I lost my file this last time, I restored this file.  He stll did not work!  I have not updated all Adobe products, other products of window or patches.  The only thing I've done in the last two weeks is photo editing and goes from a disk storage across the bridge to find photos.  I'm afraid that if I lose the one I have just manually recreated that I no longer use bridge since it is one of the features that attracts me to it.  I don't know there are other products to a keyword search.

Adobe, I hope you read this thread and take control.  I'm running on Windows 7 and Bridge CS5.

    Thank you

    Bob

cindym65915079 should always go back actions. I suggest manually record each separate action set out in the files individual .atn , while another method is to save the entire file Share Palette.psp :

Preference file functions, names, places | Photoshop CS5

It is probably a good idea to backup your Adobe Bridge Keywords.xml (completely filled) file manually too.

  • Bridge CS5 and the hierarchical keywords?

    Hi, people.

It all started with CS5 and I'm trying to add keywords.

I find that when I add a lower level or subordinate the bridge keyword will not automatically add the top-level key word to go with it.

For example, let's say that I added keyword location-specific data.  So, I add 'San Franciscio' and I think 'California' to add because it is the parent keyword.  But this doesn't seem to be the case.

I'm missing a few button that says 'Add automatically the keyword parent' or something?

    Thank you

    Greg

P.S. Oh and bonus points, no idea how I retrieve all keywords in a single image and apply them to another image?  A sort of a copy-and-dump feature?

    This option is in edition/preferences/keywords.

  • Recovery of the Bridge CS4 keywords

My hard drive crashed and I replaced with a new and improved the o/s to W7 from XP MCE simultaneously.  I got my PSD, JPEG and pictures from camera raw (canon CR2) of the old drive and when I started the bridge in the new facility but most of my "custom" keywords don't appear in the list of keywords, or they don't seem to appear in the EXIF data.  Is there a way to retrieve this info from the old disk image?  (this is the boot drive).

The keywords under XP file should be here: C:\Documents and Settings\ [user] \Application Data\Adobe\Bridge CS4\Adobe bridge Keywords.xml. You will need to copy to this folder to win7: c:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CS4\

This file contains only the list of keywords in the keywords Panel, when you apply keywords to your files, they are stored in the metadata of the files themselves, unless you're talking about in this case raw files, they must be stored in a. XMP file

  • Meta description and keywords tags

    Hello

Could you tell me if it is possible to create a HTML output of a page of the ADF, which has 'description' and 'keywords' meta tags in the head? Something like:
< meta name = "keywords" content = "adf jdeveloper description meta tags keywords" >
< meta content = "description" name = "This is a brief description of the text on an imaginary page" >

I know the results perhaps, SEO is not great, but I still want to use it, just to make it as good as possible for the search engines.

    Daan,

    Sorry for the oversight.

[url http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/htdocs/partners/addins/exchange/jsf/doc/tagdoc/core/document.html] Tag documentation for af:document says that af: document has a facet called "metaContainer" that emits the meta tags. I did not see examples or have the time to test, but you can certainly try to put meta tags in this facet.

Update: all of the examples I can find show how to inject javascript into the metacontainer, but it should give you an idea how to tags.
