  Hi all

  I have a problem with home theater dolby (DBT as I call it) today. I explain it. well, that's how. usually when DBT is off, the volume is normally low and all those that somehow the normal speaker settings. When I click on the DBT icon on the tray, usually it brings up 3 profile which is film, music & game. But today, it does not work. whenever I have I turn it on, there is no change in sound at all (volume, bass, pitch, etc.). even the equalizer slider made no change on the sound produced by the speaker. I don't test it on my helmet, speaker external and theres no change. but the noise is always present and no change to dolby. can someone provide me with a solution?

  OK NVM, I fix it. After installing dolby advance audio v2, I opened, select any profile, then end task in the process from the Task Manager, uninstalling dolby advance audio v2, then install dolby home theater v4. It works fine now.

  On my Lenovo Edge 15 (BestBuy exclusive model), I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 and found that the Dolby Home Theater V4 software does not work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers and software and still cannot program to work. The program opens and displays options, but Equalizer does not move (as it was on Windows 8.1) and it doesn't have a difference in the audio output.

  All of this worked before my Windows 10 transition. The audio quality is very thin and hard to hear without this software, I hope someone has a solution. Thank you very much for your help!

  Dolby Home Theater is not supported / not functional on Windows 10, for compatibility reasons.
  The official recommendation is to first uninstall it before upgrading to Windows 10.

  Last time I reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition, it is not accepted the product key that comes with it. So I called Microsoft and team working with product keys gave me a new product key for the CD.

  You have installed the clean version of Windows XP Home edition?
  Have you installed all the drivers available, tools and utilities?

  I didn't try any update on my A200 but you can try to follow: install Vista using recovery media delivered. When Vista starts for the first time go in Panel and you can find Add/Remove Programs option. Remove all the stuff designed by Toshiba.

  When we remove everything, making Vista upgrade. After finishing Vista upgrade install all the stuff of Toshiba designed by order of specific facilities starting with added value package. Check please the download page if all of these tools and utilities are available.

  As far as I know all the tools and utilities are designed as universal tools and I can't imagine that there is a difference between the version of Vista ultimate or premium tools.

  DVD player is part of the image of the installations only and I can imagine that upgrade installation has changed something, but the upgrade procedure is responsible for this. I don't see any connection to Toshiba.

  As I said I don't have a CD to upgrade, but if I find one I'll try to test it on my Vista (Premium) preinstalled A200-1CR.

  Have you reinstalled as Flash Cards Support utility? The FN keys to both tool and value added package.

  Again, you should check the site Web of Toshiba Flash Cards Support utility:

  So uninstall old utility Support Flash Cards and then install the latest version of it.

  I don't know if this will help, but try to reinstall the driver of Toshiba system and function key utility Toshiba.

  Install the VAP (value added package) and reboot the laptop.

  Then install the Support Flash Card utility and reboot once more.
  Then test the Fn keys.

  The buttons are controlled by Flash cards, so you should be able to use the buttons after a new installation of this app.
