I am very confused about what is happening with my laptop repair:

Anyone care to explain? Is this, by all means, supposed to be normal? Moreover, I have already sent in this laptop for repairs for the same problem about a month ago, but the tech team doesn't seem to solve the problem, so I had to send it new (I've posted my problem in the past). I was assured of customer relationships that I would get a new replacement if they were not able to resolve the problem once again, but I'm just confused on what is happening with my repair. They are not able to resolve the problem with the laptop? Is their possibility that I will get a new replacement? I'm started to get frustrated because I want technical team is just to delay the process.

Also, I saw your post on this topic and the "display driver stopped responding and has found" are probably similar to this thread.and this thread.
Given that the motherboard has already been replaced and it is a repeat repair, another Tech Team (quality) must examine the unit to check if the problem is solved since the first instance of product repair the same question.

I am an owner of a 220 X 5 years which is still running strong.
I wanted something more bigger and lighter. I ordered 2015 model X 1 (non-yoga)... it was a bad screen FHD (blurry text, get FHD rather get the QHD) and had problems at the end of sleep. Lenovo sent me a replacement, had the same problems, I sent both back. No problem with the return of the process, very easy and free because they were defective.
Now, I ordered a 2016 X 1 Yoga because I want to be great and show my touch 360 degrees swivel screen of pretty girls in my class. The QHD screen is amazing, looks like a macbook pro retina display. I close the lid or put the laptop in standby mode, open the lid, it lights up with black screen and beeps 4 beeps three times (each time that I SLEEP there). I have to manually hold power button to restart the laptop. Nice! Also, sometimes the display driver hangs and gives a prompt telling me it crashed. Another thing is that, sometimes, when I put it in Tablet and back in portable mode, mode considers its still in tablet mode. Other issues, I noticed in the day to use it... no idea what else is yet to come lol... the laptop is so so so awesome, for real numbers.
That said, should I send in Lenovo Depot repairs or get a replacement? I read bad reviews about the Service on this forum. At the same time, I don't want Lenovo to send me another faulty laptop, as was my experience with my X 1 (non-yoga).
What should I do?
Lenovo has released a version of BIOS, v1.10, which resolves failures to exit the mode standby 1 Yoga X and X 1 carbon 2016 (types of Machine: 20FB, 20 CF).

Repair status of HP site?
So I sent in mu to repair laptop, and FEDEX said he received yesterday morning. I checked with my service # on the site of repair status of HP and he doesn't have any info.
Nobody knows, how long after receiving the laptop, they display what is going with the repair?
I just want to know how it's going!

Give it another day or two. Laptops come in a large reception area and it takes a long time for them to move to someone who connects to them in the tracking system for you to see. And then a few days before everything that really happens.

Apple repair status no update?
Sorry if it is put in the wrong category (only 2 times with a forum)
To make a long story I shortened my store of Quakerbridge NJ macbook on 19/01/16 to have a card replaced logic (its a one these MBP 2011 17-inch) I was told it was shipped today(1-20-16) but no info has been updated online. Is this normal? Is there some sort of delay in the system, like an answer ASAP. Is attached a picture of what I'm talking about
We are users like you. Apple is not involved on this forum because it is a Board of Directors to a user. Why not call the repair shop. Tell them you want to keep well informed on the status of repairs ASAP & nothing shows online.

I sent my laptop brand new in Texas for a repair. Confirmation email said that received. I called 4 x and waiting up to 30 minutes before giving up. Online status says that received 4 days ago. I just want to know if and when it will ever be repaired and sent back to me

I sent my laptop to be repaired and timely to receive an email with a link to track the repair. The link did not always work. I tried for four days. I responded to the e-mail but responded that the address is not monitored.

Xperia followed Z3 repair status
OK, I sent my Z3 repair Sony Center (U.S.) and have not obtained from them since any update (no email, no appeal). I sent it for repair because the touchscreen is to have entry questions (keys ghost/shadow on random tasks).
How can I get an update with details like condition, the party who must replace/orders, considers the completion of repair and so on?
I've looked everywhere and can't find a hint on how to get the update, it gets boring.

Laptop HP 15 t: problem of repair status
My FedEx Ground delivery tracker has confirmed that 'BMORJAL' has signed for the package that contains my laptop, shipped to a HP Service centre. However, HP didn't has not contacted me in this regard, neither the tracker shows that my laptop has even delivered to the service center. Everyone knows about this problem? What should I do about it?

Repair Apple - stuck to the repaired product back pending status
I sent my phone to Apple for repair on 24 February. 26, the repair status changed to "fixed return the product awaiting." Today, it is 28 and I still have not received my iPhone.

A 1 week wait 'permission' just to take it into a store local and even take it for repair.
