When I connect my mobile phone via Bluetooth for laptop (win 7 ultimate), my system shows the connection. Also, I see my mobile phone listed in the device window. Earlier, when I brought the computer laptop, everything seemed good, at this time, when I use it to open the device (IE to control ); a window would show the option for playing music (there was a lot of option as a 1 ' headset and speaker") and other services supported by the device. but now, suddenly somehow window appears but with in a 2 sec to disappear again. Whenever I try to open the device I get this error. I must say that it is very very frustrating as you try to move your cursor to click on audio playback on this portable display option, the window disappears. Help, please. Now, let me tell you what I tried to solve this problem.

I have laptop Lenovo, which has something like that for bluetooth

    Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 USB

Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator. I have 32 bits of the system, processor i3, win 7 ultimate, one port wifi

In the center of troubleshooting, I tried for the material of scanning that show this Bluetooth device driver not installed (I could see a yellow mark on this device in the Device Manager and a code 28 error).

But windows cannot fix it.  I have tried multiple devices but nothing turned up. also I tried the same devices on different laptops and all of them worked very well.  I checked online trouble - shooting.but not very useful. Please don't tell me about recovery. I don't know when it happened.

  • His problem in Windows XP Home - a yellow! in the Device Manager on satellite

Audio drivers appear to be there and working, the drivers are inheritance this is just? It looks like a conflict somewhere. I went from Vista after network problems now XP has sound problems.

    Ideas please

    Hi David

I ve checked your other assignments created here in the forum and it seems that you are an owner of Equium A100-027 PSAAQE series.
    Am I wrong?

First of all, I would like to clarify a few things.
Especially the yellow exclamation points appear in the Device Manager because anything could go wrong during the driver installation procedure or you have used everything simply a bad drivers.

I think you first need to know if you have used the correct drivers!
Please go to the page of the Toshiba driver and check again the driver versions and download again.
I noticed that many users download the bad drivers and try to install it.

On the Toshiba page, you will also find installation instructions. There are 2 txt files.
One for XP and one for Vista.

Please make sure you use the appropriate for the good OS installation instruction.
Download all the drivers, then follow the order of installation mentioned in the txt file!

Normally, everything should work ok and you should be able to install any drivers!

    Best regards

  • Exclamation points in Device Manager

I just installed XP on a Dell laptop. I downloaded what I thought were all the Dell drivers specific, but there are three elements in the Manager for devices with an exclamation point. They are all described as Base system device. The Properties tab described all three as PCI\VEN and then a string of letters and numbers, but no description in device for what type of Device Manager, they are.  The general tab displays the PCI Bus 2, device 9 function (and then 3 different numbers. Someone at - it an idea how can I know what they are so I can get the driver required? I tried the option install autopilot, but he does not find the drivers.

    Hello

    Please contact Microsoft Community.

The main reason for this is that they at least have a device that is not working properly. We get generally 18 error code if there is a problem with the device driver, which is most of the time fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.

    For reference:

Error codes in the Device Manager in Windows
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310123/en-us

Try right click on the unknown device and scan for changes on the hardware and check if this changes. Unknown devices you see is basically not plug-and-play devices. The list under the unknown is not plug-and-play device.

You can read the following article and check if it helps:

Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly

I hope this helps. Please let us know the results. Feel free to write us again for any help.

  • Satellite A100-411: yellow mark (!) in device after installing XP Manager

    Hello

I just get the Satellite A100-411 new but I want to downgrade the preinstalled windows Vista to Windows XP Pro.
After Installing Win XP, I have no sound and the WXP 'driver manager' shows 'other devices' - Ethernet controller - device modem on high definition audio - and 'controller memory of mass' bus with a yellow (!).

Pilots I've tried from the Toshiba homepage do not solve the problem.
Sorry for my bad English I hope you can help me with my problem.

    Hi Sebastian

It of funny, it seems that you are the first person who wants to downgrade the OS and not up-to-date laptop computer for Vista.

Anyway, at the moment, I prefer to use XP.
It seems that you have the drivers installed in the wrong order or some drivers are missing:
Very important is the V7.2.1.1006 of Chipset Intel

-> Lan Ethernet controller or / and WLan driver
To my knowledge this device supports this LAN card: Intel 10/100 (Ekron) /GbE(Vidaria/Tekoa) Wired and you would need driver version 9.3.29

You will also need and driver sound. I think that you need to install the Realtek audio driver with V5.10.0.5253 UAA bus driver.

I have a dimension 4550 o/s Windows XP Professional 2002. I have never used the computer on the Internet, but note that there are of the yellow question marks next to the Ethernet and USB Controller controller. Now, I need to use the computer on the internet and of course need of these at work. Go to the search on this site, I have re-installed the Chipset Driver and she appeared "found new hardware" for both. However, so what goes in the "found new hardware found' it asks to install the software. I tried to insert the resource CD that came with the pc, but cannot find the required software. In addition, I cant get onto the internet to find the required software. Any ideas please?

First of all, be aware that Windows XP reaches the end of life in April 2014 for more information, see Service Pack 3 for XP and Office 2003 end of life April 2014. Continued use of Windows XP should be avoided.

Assuming that you are willing to connect Windows XP to the internet, you must install at least Service Pack 3 XP: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24

It is also recommended to install Microsoft Security Essentials: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/security-essentials-all-versions and its last definition to minimize the risk of having a Windows XP installation without patch: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971606 (32 bit)

You need to install the Dell system software: http://ftp.dell.com/utility/Dell_System-Software_A06_R288017.exe

    Intel Chipset Device Software: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775

For the controller network and video device provide the hardware ID as there are variants to this model. See the Windows reinstallation Guide / a Clean Install of Windows XP step 12: http://philipyip.wordpress.com/dell-community-forums/

As mentioned above the drivers need to be downloaded on a USB stick using another PC.

    Hello

Try to connect the external hard drive on another computer and check if the same problem persists.

I suggest that you set the drive letter for the external hard drive and check if that helps.

To assign a drive letter to a drive, a partition, or a volume, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
    2. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click performance and Maintenance.

Note If you do not see the performance and Maintenance, go to step 3. Performance and Maintenance appears in control Panel only if you use category view. If you are using the classic view, performance and Maintenance does not appear.

    3. Click Administrative Tools, double-click computer management, and then click disk management in the left pane.
    4. Right click on the drive, the partition, the logical drive or volume that you want to assign a drive letter to and then click change drive letter and paths.
    5. Click on Add.
    6. Click assign the following drive letter if it is not already selected, and then accept the default drive letter or click the drive letter that you want to use.
    7. Click OK.
